The quality of products from the Tumi brand speaks for itself, but the customer service at this store was awesome. I literally needed a travel bag the same day and the sales representative was extremely patient and helpful as I tried out every bag in the store that met my needs. Great store and great staff. I already highly recommend Tumi, but now i highly recommend this store in particular.

Great products and the staff is extremely friendly! I went in not knowing what I was looking for but the store manager and his co workers hooked me up. I’ll definitely be back at the galleria store!!

They offer free monograms on their tags but the employees are stuck up.I bought my backpack online from another site but called and asked if they could monogram my tag still and they said yes. When I brought it in, they were open to monogramming my tag but when one employee went to the back to monogram it the remaining employees were just condescending to me. They told me the backpack I got must be old since their products don’t typically use that tag anymore then told me they change out their inventory every 6 months and send it to the outlet mall and then stated that was probably where I got my backpack from an outlet...it was very rude. I actually got it online for full price just through a different vendor.They have good products but their customer service could use some improvement as they are rude and condescending.

DONT BUY TUMI - Worst quality and warranty I have ever seen. I have had my items a few months and one item that is NYLON is already scuffed, which is NOT normal wear and tear to me on a backpack. The worry-free warranty doesnt cover. Ridiculous. Never again. I will give my business to VICTORINOX Swiss Army who has a LIFETIME WARRANTY on anything and everything.

Needed a quality laptop bag was totally ignored by the staff. If you want a place where youll be ignored, this is your store.

Tumi products are very good quality and the staff are very helpful. The prices are high but I know that going in. Tumi will also take a bag that you bought from them and send it in for repair and to refresh the leather. They really stand behind their products.
