Had some equipment go down, last month, Houston pump and gear had them back up within days great pricing great turnaround time, will definitely do business with them again

I found Houston pump and gear on google and decided to call. I needed a Lufkin gearbox repaired. They did a great job and the turnaround time was as promised, so I will definitely use them again.

I work for a mining company, I had just finished dinner when my night Forman called me and told me that the Falk gearbox for our dredge had failed. We had no spare. I googled emergency repair services for gearboxes and came across Houston Pump and Gear. Their website said they had a 24 hour emergency service so I called the number listed. For starters I couldn’t believe they answered my call at 8:30pm. I told them the Falk gearbox for our dredge was damaged and they were able to get onsite to pick up the unit within 4 hours. I was amazed. They worked 24 hours around the clock to get the repairs done and kept me in the loop on the progress so I could tell the higher ups. The turn around time was amazing. The gearbox was repaired and returned to me within 4 days.

Extremely overpriced and will take advantage of your service needs. Be aware.
