Speedy service, in spec and with a smile.
I dealt with a person named Mark only over the phone. Chris was my in person contact while at the shop. I watched the repair, which lasted 2 1/2 hours and 2 seals and 2 small 1/2 round metal parts were replaced. Mark told me over the phone since it was a drawbar repair it would be 2800.00. We had back and forth discussions about his decision to gouge me on a fairly straight forward simple repair. He tried to justify to cost through referring to the 2 small metal parts they replaced. I indicated the parts that was in my motor were inspected by myself and were serviceable, I requested my old parts be re installed. Mark did not want to go this route. I was prepared to pay our final agreed to price of 1500.00 but he insisted on cash and indicated he could not accept my master card. Mark had me do a Walmart to Walmart wire transfer from my wife to myself. This is due to the fact we drove our spindle to their shop in Houston from San Antonio. Mark had the advantage because his crew had my spindle in their possession, and that spindle has a replacement value of around 10,000.I will not return for service as we prefer to work through a quote system which keeps all parties involved honest.
Luna (welding director) has no patience told him a bunch of times to teach me how he wanted things welded never sat down and explained assignments had one of his employees doing that for him unfortunately if you’re looking for welding opportunity this is NOT the place.
