Well that was the quickest I have ever been loaded at a pipe yard.under a hour..and they choke the load.better than the pipe yard across the street.

Good work ethic and efficiency didn’t even took them 40 minutes to load my trailer. This company is good for recommendation if anybody is trying to bring business in Harris County.

Terrible unload trucks wayyy too late!

Why am I waiting 3 hours to get loaded?! Horrible company. Way way too much waiting! Wasting customer money and costing me money and log hours! Four Guys sat in that truck and asked me to move because I was in the way but didnt bother to help me roll my straps up off the ground so they just sat there and watched me for 10 minutes doing it. This company does not have its ducks in a row! Stay clear of these guys.

This place shouldnt be in buisness I waited 11 hours and I was first through the gate early in the morning.what a absolute waste of time.just for 5 pieces of pipe and nobody would come out and explain what was taking so long but you cant understand any of them unless you speak Spanish this place will not get our buisness again

Its 10:41pm. Trying to unload for several hours now. Im almost to the point where they nload and they yard workers take a break seems like they are trying to do overtime. Stinks for us drivers though. We want to be home or on the road. Not wasting our precious time here. Avoid this location at all cost.

They hire nothing but illegal immigrants and there supervisors dont speak english

3 hours trying to unload pipe. 2nd truck in line. For delivery

Waiting time is horrible. Todays appt were for 8am and we did not get out until 12:00noon. Some days are less and some we sit for 6 hours or more. Not sure the need for appointments if they are still going to be behind and have to wait several hours to be loaded.

This place is really bad, please avoid this locations, no one seems to care about the drivers. Some drivers end up leaving empty because the long hours.

This company is ridiculous...they take so long to load the drivers and the customer service is really bad. Every time we call they answer and reply unprofessional. DONT GET LOADS THAT ARE LOADING HERE!!!!!!!

9 hours well you can take here. They have no respect for the drivers. The papers take 4 hours to give it. A real disaster of this yard.

I can not believe that with so many negative comments and can not do something to improve their operations or will be interested in making some change? For me it is one of the worst places I do not even want to hear when I have to move a pipe. The operations have to be more proactive and not overloading work to load and download faster truckers.
