Horrible experience With leasing insurance!We lease the Kyocera machine. Unfortunately, two ye are contracted before the pandemic. The last couple of months, we dont have a business, but still, we paid insurance cost $110 to whatever we make the copier.We have given Som many requests to cancel the contract we will not be able to pay the leasing amount, which is $110, and they changed the On-demand insurance company to some other company. These people are rip off from small business-like us because they $110 insurance cost plus they charge an additional $ 20 top of insurance.That means we are paying $ 120 X 24 = $ 2,880 per month only the insurance copy plus copy and printing charge. We realize that we can buy new equipment for less than cost.We requested to cancel the contract many times due to pandemic, and they will Send legal documents saying that you cannot break the least. Regardless you need to pay all the amount seems like they didnt care about whats happening in the small industry, and they need money.Before you sign with any lease with A copier, the contract I would recommend, to go with people who have faith and trust in a business to help them find a solution/ problems. If they help us, we might be going with after all pandemics, but now we will not recommend to anyone use them.

Travis with On Demand was extremely helpful to me. He didnt hesitate to answer all my questions and send someone out right away to teach me how to operate our new postage machine. Their kindness, humor and great personality with training me was truly over the top! So very patient with me and most helpful.

Supply levels are tracked by the printer and toner is sent before we get too low to interrupt our printing and copying. On Demand has a Senior Account Executive who lied about the copier that he sold to me. He said it was an exhibition model that was placed on the floor and that was why it has a machine meter count of 177,000. As it turned out, it is an used machine. Right after the 1 year warranty ran out and I have cancelled the service agreement, the machine broke down. The service person from another company told me this was definitely an old model, an used copier with worn parts, and it was expensive to get it fixed. The machine was never fixed, and it is sitting in my office, an useless old fixer that no body wants.

Im finally finishing the contract I have with them. They are horrible! I basically paid 3 years of service for them to send me a toner every 3 months, and they charge me per copy. They DO NOT help you if the machine does not work properly or if the machine does not communicate with the computers they keep saying I have to contract an IT to help me with that, I literally had to contact OKI to have them walk me through to have the printer communicate to the computers. WASTE OF MONEY!! And to finalize, they are giving me a hard time to finalize the contract since Im returning the machine to the lease bank a month prior to the termination of the contract.

Please do not use this company! Beware of faulty equipment and getting the run arounds on answers to any problems with getting the eqipment fixed. There is a revolving door with this company and it does not seem that there is any kind of communication within the Company. The most recent, of many issue has been going on for 3-weeks already and our machine is still acting up. The problem went from a roller piece, to the entire roller, to a tray piece, to the entire tray getting replaced that no one seems to have because we have an old machine. We had one of their personnel come out 3-times this week alone with a new solution (our machine was not updated) which has nothing to do with the on going one of our paper getting stuck. This is a joke not to mention frustrating.Oh, the one star, I had to put in order to publish.. NO STARS from this gal!Not pleased at all!!Marci M.

This company is a joke. All they have ever done is create new and more difficult problems that they are unable to resolve due to their lack of aptitude, ordering the wrong part (more than once) or sell you a new machine (which is actually used) so you will then have to continue using them to fix the new piece of junk they sold you. They will never actually resolve any problem you have with your office equipment.Avoid this company at all costs. Every single person Ive ever dealt with in person or over the phone is completely incompetent.

I have had a contract with On Demand for 3 years now. Their technicians really know what theyre doing. I usually have someone show up within a few hours of calling.
