My favorite store Ive ever been to. Like heaven for map lovers. Staff is so friendly and knowledgeable! And the maps are very affordable. Definitely worth visiting.

Key Maps is the best map shop I know of in the Houston area. They have a reasonable selection and much better prices than I have found online! Beware of buying international paper maps online. Most of them are outdated or out of print maps being sold well above their face value. The also do custom maps, but I have not used that service.

I love maps and this place is definitely going on my Google maps Favorites. and Ive got 1from 2004 when I moved here and 1 from ether 2018 or 2019. So keep up the good work:)

Really really cool store. ask the proprieters about specialty maps and they will help you out or point you in the correct direction.nice staff. browsing is downright fun.

Neat place in Houston to buy globes and maps. The owner will even give you a special price ask for it. Kudos. Will buy again.

Steve and Elisabeth at Key Maps are really kind and helpful and they really know their stuff! New location is very comfortable for browsing with great air conditioning and lighting.So glad I popped in there today for a Houston area wall map. They gave me great advice on how to take care of it and what to do pen-wise as well, in case I want to mark up my map.

They specialize in maps, but also offer some other great decorative pieces. Came in and bought a beautiful musical kaleidoscope and astrolabium clock. Very fair price and they packed everything with care for me too. Will be coming back again for more beautiful home decor. Have my eye on a cool light up constellation globe.

New location for a good map resource. Many different kinds to choose from. Also globes for the executive office. Dont forget the star charts, kids and learning section as well.

I just had some wall mounted Laminated maps done there. These people were so friendly. Their the kind of people you expect to encounter in a country store.

I wouldnt even leave one star. Weve had an order placed for over a year and havent received. I was told in November if we prepaid they would expedite my order.. Here we are in MAY and I cant get anyone to return my phone calls about my order or a refund.....

Bad Experience! Came here to buy a globe for my fiancé as a gift who collects them. The store only had two desk globes, both without box, one with chips in the paint of the stand. The other one looked nice after a quick inspection, so I went for it. Getting home the globe fell apart taking it out of my car. While reassembling, I noticed the bad line-up of the individual map pieces which were also bumpy. I didnt notice that in the store otherwise I would have not bought it. The worst, at the bottom of the stand it hade a Made in China sticker. Clearly this was not a well made globe you would expect from a Map Store!!! I tried to return it the next morning but the owner told me all sales are final. She also got rather aggressive and not even tried to understand, instead came up with all kinds of excuses why she wouldnt take it back. At the same time another employee came from the back as well. Were they trying to threaten me? I was there with my 3 year old son! Worst place ever!! Stay away and find another store! Hope they will be out of business soon as it is just a big rip-off!!

This place is not a good business! I ordered my key maps 2 mopnths ago and my card was charged but I have yet to receive my stuff.stay away if you can avoid this place. I would give Zero stars if possible
