I made a small mistake and ordered 4 wheels when I really needed 5. I dont usually bother with trying to contact customer service so I just ordered the last wheel separately. They noticed and reached out to ask about it, responding quickly when I replied and gave me a refund on shipping so it all came in one order. Now that is excellent customer service you wont find pretty much anywhere else in America. Most companies would have just let it go through as is. Thanks guys.

Ordered a while ago but have always been satisfied with selection, pricing, and shipping from Mapp Caster.

I was in the market for castors and discovered Mapp Caster & Supply Inc on the internet. I built a custom table for my Kamado Joe grill. I called the store and spoke to a friendly representative. I told him about my table, size, weight, storage location and he gave me a recommendation for which castors I needed. A couple days later the castors arrived and mounted them with no problem. Currently they are holding up great and I can move the table easily.

They have every wheel. You really need to see this place.
