Terrible, had to wait an hour to pixkup

This place is slow AF! What’s the purpose of an appointment when you don’t keep it?

This place is slow as hell. Had to wait 6 hrs to get loaded. Do not book a load it’s not worth it. Killed my drive time and put me way behind schedule

The guy at the window is extremely unprofessional with absolutely no communication skills or the ability to answer simple questions. Absolutely would not recommend.

Complete trash guy at front desk 100% useless needs to be fired immediately and replaced by someone who actually wants to come to work. If this is how this company does business then its not worth coming here.

Slow and unorganized

Definitely not Servicie Friendly. That was my first impression as I walked up to the Shipping & Receiving check in window on 11403 N. Houston Rosslyn. Not very organized. There’s lots of room for improvement. 🤨

Horrible godless people. If you booked a load here cancel it right away the amount of stress and time loss you go thought it’s better to grab another load. They alway lie about loading times to get trucks in but your guaranteed to be in there yard until 9pm no matter what your getting.

What a controversial place they have you all day in the place and when the time of the work sece is coming to you then your load is increased in 30 minutes it has happened to me more than 3 times. There is no work respect for which we come to this place .

Its either a muddy mess or dusty disaster. The yard is rough with pot holes. The people seem nice though.
