Drivers Beware!!! The lady that works the front name Karen is a real life KAREN!!! She will do the most to make your loading experience as difficult and uncomfortable as possible. She has no manners and border lines disrespectful and has a self entitlement attitude. She sends chills up your spine just having a conversation with her by how abnormal and extra she is with her dialog. Bad for business in my opinion.

I placed an order for 1 piece of trim and was told it would be done 2 hours. I thought surelly not, so i gave it 2 days. I show up and guess what! It was never made. I was told they needed a picture of what i needed. It was a standard trim.On another occasion they called and said it was ready to be picked. So, I show up several days later and no order, they had lost it. Left me hanging around the parking for 3 hours while tried to figure out where the order was. They ended up having to re order it.

I wanted to take the time to give this place a 5 star review. Jr (an employee) went out of his way and took my order even waited for me since I was stuck in traffic! Big thanks to Jr and his customer service. Thank you Mc Elroy Metal
