I’ve had a studio space here for several years. Cleaner than any other rehearsal space in Houston that I have experienced, safe, and well sound-proofed rooms. Owner is friendly, quick to respond and helpful and professional. Can’t get much better!

Nope I was never a customer. But you gave me poor customer service when I was interested in renting a room and are overall trying to sell something thats no where close to what you are advertising

Make sure that you take note of everything the owner says to you because in lieu of producing a contract when I had issues he claimed that I had made “oral agreements.” Specifically, make sure you give 30 days notice or you won’t get your security deposit back. Also, I don’t know if he’s still doing it, but the owner was charging credit card fees when I was renting there, so make sure you check all of your charges.
