Probably the worst fastener company Ive ever had to deal with. I work for a smaller fastener distributer and we get many products from Stelfast. The product is fine but they have no clue how to ship their product. Pallets come over packed in boxes made out of thin paper essentially, secured by a small strip of tape. The box falls apart when you pick it up let alone ship it across the country. They always blame the 3rd party shipping company. It is never their fault. I dont know how they can justify the way they ship things. If my company ever sent things out the way they do it would be refused upon arrival and the employee who shipped it would be fired immediately for being so ignorant. We will be using Brighton Best as much as possible from here on out. Prices are similar and quality is far better. Look around before buying from this place
