I had Valilo Rugs wash and repair four hand-made carpets for me. Trims on two of the rugs were damaged by our dog - Valilo Rugs made outstanding repairs, and the carpets were washed such that blemishes were eliminated. The turn around was quick, and I found the owner professional and friendly.
