I have been renting from them Since 2015 and have referred others to them as well. Out of these last 5 yrs, only 1 negative experience. Last May, I rented a Bouncy Castle for an event to keep the little ones occupied. When I received it, I assumed that everything was ok, whenever I got it to my house, the smell was horrible! The last person who rented it left food and a cupcake in the inside! I took pictures, hurriedly cleansed and disinfected it and hosed it down before my guest arrive. I called them to let them know the circumstances and they gave me a full refund one it. I’m a sticklers when it comes to customer service, being that I’ve worked in retail and for the USPS. I was pleased with how my situation was handled and continue to rent from them even as late as this past weekend. You can’t base that one experience on just one person. Everyone is human and have bad days sometimes. Before you just give up on the whole business altogether, try it again! My personal saying!

I LOVE this place!! The office never lets me down, on time and the best deals.From birthday parties, family bbqs, holidays to Major event.They are a very understanding company all it takes is a phone call if you wont be there on time or cant pick up. Police wont be able to do anything since it is not your property your renting.The CEO, MANAGER, STAFF, and DELIVERY DRIVERS are very helpful and down to earth people.Like any other human being they have there good days and bad days.They took very good care of there equipment and extremely clean!!

The first time I rented a moonwalk, everything was fine. So I used them again, but it was terrible. They were an hour and a half late and showed up once my party guests were already arriving. They also did not have an extension cord and never told me that I needed to have my own. So here I am, an a venue with a late moonwalk and no way to make it work. The lady that delivered it was very rude and I had to send someone to go buy an extension cord so we could still make use of the moonwalk. I am very disappointed and not sure that I trust them enough to rent here again.

Worst service ever! I wanted the special for $65.00 which is a moonwalk, 2 tables and 16 chairs if you pick it up. But my husband said to get it delivered incase it was difficult to roll it back up after or incase something is wrong with it. So I asked the girl how much is it for delivery and she said $100 plus tax so I agreed and paid $107.25 for everything. So the day of my event they only delivered the moonwalk so I called the office and the manager told me that I only paid for the moonwalk. So I told her my party starts in an hr that I needed the tables and chairs so she said I can have them delivered but theres a fee of $8 a table and I think $2 class chair. I said not paying for them they are already paid for because I know it doesnt cost $100 just to rent a moon walk. So I told her if they arent going to delivery my stuff Im going to call the police. And right away she says she will come pick up my moon walk and I can go in 2 days for my refund. Which is exactly what I did! I will never give these ppl my money again

Dont come here they will hound you for there moon walk . If you guys are like us and get a moonwalk for s PARTY your not going to be waking up at 7:30 in the morning dropping of a moonwalk . They called 20 times, go somewhere were you donget hounded for a stupid moonwalk and lose your deposit if you wake up late .
