A hugh selection for diy projects but not organized.

I patronize this establishment pretty often, however I find the owners to be unaccommodating, and often rude. As a frequent customer I would expect better customer service. However if you are looking for that I would not advise coming here. The owner seems more concerned about saving $1 (literally he told me this verbatim) then accommodating a return customers needs. They are better stores in Houston for party supplies who will treat you a lot nicer. Trust me.

This was one of my favorite store for my venue decorations, but not anymore, weeks ago I bought 2 plastic flower vases and yesterday went to buy 2 more, when I was paying one of the workers said: that ones has 3 pieces both times I got only 2 pieces and I said last time I only got 2 pieces so Im missing the other 2 from last time he said: ask the owner if he can give them to you, so I ask him and he was so rude saying I bought a vase with only 2 piece last time, Nooooo… it was exactly the same, same price and style….. I have the receipt with same price and style……. What a rude, rude person, He was good to take my money the first time but he wasn’t good to tell me they were 3 pieces and I was missing 2. But that’s ok he lost a customer, won’t be back to this place with this rude person, and horrible owner service…!!!!!

Owner/Manager Mr. Rashid is very helpful & friendly!However when you see the signs posted everywhere: ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! That is what they mean. No ifs, ands or buts! So, have your mind made up!This is forever my GO to store for all my events!

Awful experience! Just called to verify availability and price for seated covers. Rasheed had an EXTREMELY bad disposition and attitude towards my request to verify their products. Im all for supporting local business, Im a non suporter of Amazon, and for this matter I push to help and SUPPORT local businesses. Im in the quest to purchase 100 seat covers, and the two most important questions for me is availability and price, to which this company has a policy of NOT providing pricing...he yelled and said that if I want to know the price, I would have to drive from Katy to his place...thats an hour drive to not have any information given to me. I wish them luck, but their customer service is beyond feeble. Shame on you Rasheed

There is a multitude of items but, alot of it still needs to be shelved and there was no matching plates, saucers, bowls and stemware for some items that had to be pieced together....disorganized...

A lot of options for a good party I was looking for quinceañera supply and there was a good amount of stuff to choose from. Good store.

It was good. But when I went first time their service waa fabulous. They listen to their customers and help them but now they are rude and dont have any reapects to their customers.

Owner is very nice, always listen recommendations. Very good quality products. I have more than one year shopping here and I feel it like my second house.

I found many of the difficult to make party items that Id been seeing online like the balloon entrance and the portrait frame, plain or already decorated. LED Lights, made party tables with all the glitz and many more novelties.

Friendly service. I have seen lower prices for the same items (in other parts of the state though). So their prices may still be fair for Houston. Store was clean and had so much selection! I would definitely go back again.

Cool place

I came in looking for an obscure color ballon to make a large ballon wreath and Mary took the time to see my struggle for believing I would ever find this color and handed me a whole kit to make what I needed with that color in there. Legendary customer service given to me by employees Lupita and Syed. Lupita greeted me as soon as I walked in and offered to help me with everything. She was really genuine she proved to really care for me as a customer and ensure I was well taken care of. It was my first time at the store, therefore her assistance was of huge help because I didn’t know where things are. And even when she did not know something, because as she explained to me she is new there, she went to her manager, Syed, and her manager helped her help me. Over all excellent first impressions and would recommend this party supply store to everyone.

Wonderful party place great customer service and great prices

This place has everything including great prices. I called all of the big name party stores trying to find Peanuts Comic balloons. No one carried them in store and said they had to order them. These guys had all the ones that I found online in stock. I also found other Peanuts party supplies that I didnt have to order online.

The guy was helpful but the store was overcrowded with merchandise and they wouldnt take debit over the phone and arent set up for modern technology transactions. Went to Amazon and saved money and my purchase will be delivered to my client in Florida free.

Great for party supplies, down side have to hunt thru boxes. They have taped up pricing but not everything is where you can find so easily.

I bought some latex balloons but as soon as I stepped outside they started popping. I get it, maybe some can pop with the heat, but not all of them. They refused to give me a refund and instead gave me empty balloons. Even though I payed for the helium..... eh. :/

It has a lot of variety of products for birthday parties, first communions, baptisms, quinceañeras, weddings and babyshowers, I just didnt find it for bachelor parties and it is a very good option to find items that are used to make handmade decoration.
