Frank and his son just completed a patio screen enclosure of our back porch. He also put in a screen door and a dog door. The finished product is outstanding! It keeps the bugs out, and we can leave the back door open when the dog goes out to the yard. the framing and screen are very well constructed. Frank was very careful to clean up the worksite. His work is meticulous and excellent value. I tried to get several other companies to give me a quote, and he was the only one to respond. Glad that happened, as I couldn’t be happier with the porch. I highly recommend Frank.

Best patio ever! We originally had this awful all glass solarium type patio that came with our house when we bought it. Purely just a hot-house/greenhouse in the summer and a cold-house in the winter is what we originally had on our home before finding FDR. Brooke, the office manager, answered all of our initial questions and set up our contract with the details we wanted and made suggestions when we were unsure about our choices and options. Her email response time was superb and she always answered the phone with a smile in her voice. Mr. Frank, the owner, and his crew were able to dismantle and remove our old hot-house and install an awesome, open air, bug-free, and fully functional screened patio enclosure for my family to use and enjoy for years to come. I definitely feel the price was more than fair and Mr. Frank and his crew went above and beyond our expectations. Mr. Frank responded immediately with phone calls, emails, or texts when questions arose and always put me at ease throughout the job process. Quality work at a fair price with gentleman manners and excellent service. I love our new patio and highly recommend FDR. In addition, when our electrician came to install our ceiling fans, he complimented our patio and even asked for the company name and number for himself. : ) Thanks Brooke & FDR!

Just had my porch screened. Having lived in Florida 30 years I’m familiar with screened enclosures. Frank and his son just did the most professional job of all my previous experiences. Quality materials, impeccable quality installation and frank and his son were extremely friendly and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Horrible customer service. Been working on getting a contract with them for months. They dont answer the phone when you call and hardly ever return your call so most communication is done by email. Over the last few months, I called several times and sent emails asking for Return calls, and I was only able to get them on the phone twice. They take days to respond to your email. This drags out the length of the process. Brooke, the assistant, is not familiar with the products so when you have questions about the products or the process she guesses or refers you to different websites. I finally got a quote for an enclosure with a 13 foot screened wall. I then got a company to do a 6 foot retaining wall so I asked for an updated quote so that the screen wall was only 7 feet since it would be attached to the 6 foot retaining wall (total wall height would be 13 feet still but lower half would be the retaining wall and upper half would be screen). They updated the quote and sent me a contract on the second quote and, even though the square footage of the second quote was less than the first quote, the second quote was higher. Also, they initially said there was no down payment and I would only have to pay for the lighting system upfront. Their website even says no money down for most projects. The second quote and contract said I would have to pay 50% down. This seemed very shady as well. Did they run out of money or what?! I emailed them back asking them to explain why the second quote was higher than the first quote when it was less square footage. Their response was because the wall is higher they would be working higher off the ground, which doesnt make any sense since a 13 foot wall is a 13 foot wall. So I emailed them back and told them the wall is still 13 feet so it is not higher and I asked for a call back. I called them and left voicemails. After a couple of days of no response I found a more professional and honest company to do my project. Today, they finally responded by email stating they voided my contract since I didnt sign it (obviously since they tried to cheat me and charge more for less square footage for the same height wall). The email also said they were sorry I wasnt happy. They never explained why they were charging more for less square footage when the wall was still 13 feet.

Having a big beautiful back yard with a large patio was always a dream of mine, and I was finally able to purchase a home that gave me exactly that. The only problem I came across were the mosquitoes and other pests that came find their way in when screens are not available.Calling FDR Custom Enclosures was the best choice I ever made, and the best part is that I received a fast quote over the phone. Although I did not know exactly what I wanted when first speaking with the associate, once they actually came to my house and made a few suggestions everything became clear. I was able to get a custom patio enclosure with a beautiful inside scene screen.Every time I have guests over they are complimenting on the amazing design, and always telling me how it compliments and protects the plants inside.

FDR Custom Enclosures just finished my pool enclosure and I absolutely positively love it! They gave me a 3D animation of what my pool enclosure would look like on my home before they built it. I have shown that animation to everyone. They used my actual house in the animation! FDR Custom Enclosures went the extra mile for me. My Home Owners Association wanted to put ridiculous limits on my pool enclosure project that I was wanting built. Jody worked diligently to appeal their decision and she accomplished just that! The end result of Franks design exceeded what I had imaged. My pools concrete had curved corners and it angled inward in-between the corners. Thanks to Frank and his crew, I am now enjoying my pool! I want to let anyone reading this to know that the other quotes that I received were in the $60,000 range. Frank was nowhere near that exuberant price!

FDR Custom Enclosures called me back quickly. Their customer service person was a pleasure to work with. Frank put new screens on my entire pool enclosure. The screen we had was about 15 years old and we needed it replaced. He also did minor repairs and cleaned out my gutters at no charge. Yes, free of charge! I am definitely recommending this company and I told Frank that I would gladly give a reference if he ever needed one.

Wow! I couldn’t be more pleased with this company! They done my patio enclosure. First I did my research and called few companies to get me a quote.. Neither one of the company could match the cost and speed! I was getting estimate on Tuesday and guess what my patio was getting build on Friday!!! I couldn’t believe it!
