**edit**Had a face to face chat with the guy after the phone conversation and he seems to have wised up. Ordered items arrived today(Friday) as promised and we did revived a text informing us of the arrival. Hope he keeps up this new attitude with his customers when we come back for replacements.Tells my wife her stuff will arrive in store on a Wednesday and that hell call or text her. Ended having to call them and now it wont arrive till friday. Wouldnt be so bad if he wasnt a smart mouth a hole

Very rude sellers. Dont have any idea how to do business, talk and treat their customers. Barely speak English. When you buy scrubs from them, they have the same story that they tell everyone - We dont have the scrubs in stock. This is the only pair. You pay now and other pairs will arrive in 2 weeks. My other friends just stopped by out of curiosity and they heard the same story - only one pair in stock...They dont offer any refunds, returns or exchanges!!! Now, what they tell you is a lie. They take your money by charging your card and then forget about you. All they do is make a handwritten note in some old, shabby 5th grade notebook. After 30 days I didnt receive a single call from them regarding the scrubs I bought. So I filed a dispute with my bank and these people started calling me after that saying: Oh, your scrubs has [magically] arrived... Again, they were very rude as if they got disappointed that they received a call from the bank disputing the charge. Long story short - after 2 months I got my money back through the bank dispute.I advise you not to do any business with them!

They have apparently gotten too successful to keeo up their high level of customer support. I wish I could give them high marks because the location is very close but the support has been non-existent for me.
