I am really enjoying my Nissan Altima that I got.The buying process was so quick and simple. Ricky and Rod said that they take care of their customers and they really do. Honestly they need to just shut this car lot down . The guy that owe the car lot IS JANKY, he gives you a cheap carnote but make the car insurance over $600, even after being up to date on the car note they still will take your car into repossession if the insurance isn’t paid . When you make a bad review they call you and ask you to take it down . Everybody that wrote a good review wrote it under pressure because they literally stand over you and watch you type . I’ve been in the process of getting the business shut down because they are no good all the cars are used and come with minor problems that turn major that’s why they so pressed about the insurance THEY MAKE THEY MONEY FROM INSURANCE. I’m only 21 and these ppl have stolen over $6,000 from me and i now have no car . I’ve spoke with a lawyer about the situation and it just might make a great case . DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM ITS NOT WORTH IT

Customer service was great,but it’s just to trick you into buying a vehicle that do t work. 3 different ones on the lot was not working right I should have took my business elsewhere but like a fool I bought a car that did not even last a month before it broke down. They sell junk cars. Very rude u0026 unprofessional. I’ve only had my car 1 month u0026 the vehicle had stopped on the freeway, the AC is out u0026 the check engine light stays on. UV u0026 RICK are rude. They don’t greet you at all. Just make it seem as if you’re a bother to them. They don’t have a waiting area. You have to sit outside in the hot sun or the pouring rain. Customer service is NOT #1 in their books. They put on the “nice guy” act while selling you the car u0026 after that you can forget it!!!!!
