Friendly staff, quality merchandise & fair prices.

The store is clean, the products are high quality and the staff is friendly and helpful.

They were willing to help out with a discount to help me purchase some small waffle makers for our Seniors as a give away for their Prom that the Parents are doing for them s the School dropped the ball with COVID. It was VERY helpful being that SO much is coming out of our pockets to do things that Seniors in a typical year would have. SO APPRECIATED!!!

UNDERSTAFFED --ONLY ONE CASHIER. SELF CHECKOUT IS NOT MY JAM. I AM NOT INTERESTED IN BEING AN UNPAID TARGET EMPLOYEE--RINGING UP MY PURCHASE UNDER THE WATCHFUL EYES OF A BORED TARGET ASSOCIATE. YOUR IN STORE EXPERIENCE IS GETTING REALLY WEAK--FROM PRESENTATION TO ATMOSPHERE. GIVE ME A GOOD REASON--WHY I SHOULDNT JUST MAKE MY PURCHASES THROUGH AMAZON!? I SHOP PHYSICAL STORES TO SUPPORT LOCAL EMPLOYMENT. I ASKED THE ASSOCIATE, IF THEY WERE NOT HAVING CASHIERS ANYMORE? HER REPLY WAS JUST IN THE MORNINGS WHEN IT IS SLOW. TEN PEOPLE IN LINE AND ONE CASHIER...THATS SLOW?

The cashiers are literally the sweetest people. I will never stop coming to target. And so many people have the coolest hair there. #funcolorsforlife

Wonderful shopping experience but masks were NOT enforced. Groups of people maskless and most people with masks below their noses. Very disappointed in one of my favorite Target locations.

The Hartland Starbucks workers are amazing!!! They make your coffee right, every time. Keep their work area clean and always have the line moving. On top of it, they are all super friendly! 10+++++++ from me!

It is not located in the downtown area. The goods are full and clean.

Madi at the Service Desk and other Associates (Maxwell and Zach) are efficient and friendly. This store may not have the heaviest traffic, but thats a plus for a pleasant shopping environment.Abby at Starbucks is very knowledgeable and always has provided professional service.Jacob is a manager who helps in resolving issues with return posting.

Lots of good product for decent price

If you are looking for a store considerate of COVID guidelines, do NOT shop here. Yes, there is a sign on the door that states you must wear a mask in the store but 50% of the shoppers were not wearing one. Most shockingly, 90% of the Target STAFF were wearing their masks below their nose or hanging off their ear. Social distancing was not in effect and if was basically a free for all. My take on this is if you’re going to post on the door that it’s a safe place to shop, than please make it so.

I ordered a Vizion TV online at Walmart. Walmart wasn’t able to fill the pickup order.Big letdown taking days.I tried the Target online experience.It was wonderful! Fast, efficient, friendly, easy.Target will be my go to store for online shopping and pickup from now on!Walmart lost all my business.Thank you Target for the great customer satisfaction!!!

Ive done pick-up shopping with most of my shopping and by far my order was filled quickly and although the customer service had several people ahead of me it moved quickly. Also they are still wiping down the carts.

I love going to this Target less crowded and always have what Im looking for.

We go to the Hartland, MI and Brighton, MI Target stores and they both ALWAYS go above and beyond to accommodate whatever our needs are that trip. My son has Autism and absolutely LOVES to go to Target and walk around once a week. Go Target!!

Good selection

Although the store can be empty at times, the atmosphere is very relaxing and comfortable! It was also nice to see employees working hard during their opening hours cleaning up the store! Every cashier Ive encountered has been polite, kind, and shows effort to make conversation with me! Not to mention that the Starbucks makes for a very nice hangout spot with a quiet atmosphere! Theres a very nice employee (Ryan) who works there, and who always smiles while being very polite to every customer! He works fast and is really good at his job! Highly recommend everyone stop in there for coffee sometime!~

I was able to get in and out of the store. The Pick up service was very convenient when you know what you need and you don’t feel like doing additional shopping!! Loved it!

Good location. Safe neighborhood and easy on/off M-59. The staff seems helpful and friendly. I use the online pick-up for my Target shopping experiences. They are always accurate and no fuss. If you are looking for popular items at this location, you may have better luck elsewhere. They do tend to have limited quantities.

As good as a target can be.. I walked the whole store and passed about 5 employees, not one of them asked me if I needed help or even said hi.. That is until I went to the pizza hut counter and was greeted by Wendy. She was so nice, and overly friendly to me, what a sweetheart.. She actually made my day, so thank you Wendy!

Target is one if our go-to’s when doing merchandise and clothing shopping. It’s an additional bonus that they have some groceries to shop from too!

Not particularly cheep but not too expensive either, the staff seems to be lacking, either no one is there or they avoid customers. Although it seems they have been doing some sort of campaign to help fix this, and it seems to be working a bit. There is a Starbucks and a Pizza Hut inside which are very convenient and nice, in fact I have a better time there than the rest of the store, and usually dont even go there for Target.

I am handicapped and often rely on the Amigo’s provided to customers. This past summer I complained several times (5 or more) to various “managers” about their lack of maintenance. Often, I could barely get past the checkouts before the “fully charged” battery died. Other times, 3 or 4 would be sitting in the entryway - all dead and not plugged in. At my last complaint, the “manager” assured me my complaint would not go unheeded. She asked for my phone number, saying she guaranteed someone would call me back. That was 3 weeks ago. Sorry, Target. Meijers is just across the street and their Amigo’s always work!!!

A very nice store. Clean and organized, it is a bit smaller than nearby locations. There is not a full grocery section like Brighton but all the necessities are available. One issue Ive had is finding help (even after pushing the button), particularly in the morning.

Great, fast service with friendly kind team members.

There were only 2 registers open and each line was at least 8 people deep. We wait 15 minutes and are finally next in line. The cashier then proceeds to card the 85 year old woman in front of us who is buying beer saying that they must scan the ID before the sale will go through. Fine, no problem. Another cashier opens up and calls for the next customer in line (us) but the guy behind us decided to go. Ok. Then another cashier opens up and calls for us but before we get there, someone else snakes in and the cashier takes them. I say forget it, well just stay. Our cashier then proceeds to nastily tell us not to worry, were next and how patience is a virtue. Whatever, lady. However, she continues to basically berate us saying how the world could use more patience. Thats when we finally tell her, hey you guys only had 2 registers open, we waited patiently before being called by 2 different cashiers only to have our place taken both times without any of the workers speaking up. And youre going to lecture me about patience over and over again? She then tried to apologize but by then we were done. You want patience lady, try practicing some as youre putting back all of our merchandise.

Terrible customer service. 6 days before Christmas and you have an employee working her first day at the register who is absolutely clueless, not even trying to answer your questions and having a front register manager being so rude and dismissive like he could not be bothered is ridiculous. Gerald was his name. Super disappointed the worst part is that the store was not even busy. Never going back to that store again.

The worst visit yet. I went in because the internet said the Hartland store has 3 zero gravity chairs the Fenton store was out so I drove down from Holly. No chairs and no help. I was going to buy some cereal so that it wouldnt be a total wasted trip. But after waiting in line for quite awhile and seeing several other shoppers leave I decided to do the same. First time in over a year Ive been in a target I doubt Ill ever be in another one
