So much better than the big box home improvement stores. Id say their selection is extremely comparable to the plumbing department at places like Home Depot. The difference is, if you have questions, you feel like the employees are more competent, and you can count on the information they give you. I got a lot of help from Jason and that made me feel more confident about my project. Highly recommended.

I have had several issues with a sump pump that I purchased through Vic Bond. After discussing the problem with them, they replaced my sump pump with no issue. They were very helpful. I am happy to give my plumbing business to this great local company!

From February to April we did a full gut job and remodel of our master bathroom. In an effort to use local businesses, I reached out to this location to advise on and purchase high end fixtures. Initially, they helped my husband locate the parts they thought he might be looking for. The reality is that they did not fully understand our project, nor their product line. Ultimately, we were advised to purchase rough in valves to meet specific products that Vic Bond did not even carry in stock. When we asked how long it might take to order them, we were told 6-8 weeks.I COULD NOT wait 6-8 weeks to purchase through the local distributor when I could readily get them at LOWES or AMAZON within the week.I felt terrible about this and apologized to the store, as my intention is always to support our local businesses. In the end, we found out not only did they advise us to buy the wrong parts, but items we did not need entirely to accomplish our end result. They did not know their product line plain and simple. When we called Grohe to find out how to go about fixing this error, we were told basically that because the items were already installed we out of luck. We bout almost $1000 worth of product that was simply not needed, and we couldnt return it. When our builder called to inquire about the items, the store would do nothing. The man hung up on our builder after yelling at him on the phone. I do not recommend this store.

Im having an awful time recovering my deposit money. I have been trying to get my deposit back but the store will not call me back and when I do get through the the guy on the phone is angry that Im asking for my deposit he has been sitting on for a year.. then tells me Kohler will hit for at least 25% fee which is crazy. Terrible!

Was really happy to find these guys in the local area. My AO Smith water heater went out after 12 years and after going to Lowes and Home Depot I got referred to a local plumber. He told me to call Vic Bond and get what I needed. Well the power vent model at the big box stores was $30 more than the AO Smith 50 Gallon tank here and at least the local plumber got the full $250 for install instead of them. Vic Bond was even less than anyone online that I could see.All I did was call them up, tell them the situation, they gave me a price, I paid over the phone and the plumber picked it up. It just reminds me that big box stores are for browsing but the local guys are for doing business with.
