Today after an exhausting week I did the one thing every person hopes they never do… I locked my keys in the car when I got out to pump gas. After going inside waiting in line speaking with a clerk unfortunately there was nothing they could do to help. About ten minutes went buy and I believe it was the manager came out introduced himself and then went way above and beyond. He ran over to the car wash retrieved a piece of wire fashioned it into a hook and after a half an hour of relentlessly trying he miraculously got my car back open! I was absolutely amazed! Thank you so very much for your time, effort and patience you do not see that kindness anymore it made my week.

Worst of the worst would not take my order at 8:40 for delivery because they stop delivery at 9.....

Employees really should be wearing masks, the pandemic isnt over and many of us have immunocompromised family members. All of us customers wear masks to give money to this business the least the employees could do is wear them too.

Bob at the main office made what could have been a really bad experience smooth and easy. I filled my tank with e-85 and unfortunately there was diesel mixed in the pump. This was NOT USA to gos fault at all but they stepped up and took care of me to get my car back and running as soon as possible. Big thanks and cant express enough how well I was taken care of.

I just went to this Store/ Gas Station for the 1st time, WOW,,,,,what a really NICE place. Great layout design, nice large parking lot, fair prices, excellent location to the highway, just a nice place overall. I will continue to stop here anytime we are in the area and need gas, etc. Wish there was more of these establishments around, it blows away all of the other S@!# holes in the area.

Pretty nice place, but the car wash is always closed, and the staff are always sitting down hidden behind the counter. I bought a car wash with my gas last week, still havent been able to use it. sure, theres plenty of beer and wine, but that doesnt make up for much.

Helpful staff and good selection. Prices on not-food are heavily inflated, and I wish they had coffee instead of having to go to tim hortons attached. Great selection of alcohol, including beer, wine, and liquor.Free vacuums at the car wash are only helpful if they work. Windshield fluid and paper towels are pretty regularly full.

Been through car wash in two separate occasions and car was still very dirty. Disappointed. Wont waste money there anymore.

Attendant did not greet or acknowledge me. Very rude. I think I interrupted his smoke break.

I put $14 in gas in my car at the pump then went into buy a few things. I went to pay and the attendant told me I had insufficient funds. USA 2 GO put a hold on my prepaid card for more than $50 clearing that card out. Luckily I had cash although I wouldnt have bought anything there if I had known. The attendant didnt inform me of what might have happened. Ridiculous.

We are locals and use this car wash often. Today we took our truck that was muddy from the last few days.The kid broke the latch on our bed cover, and informed us, although he seemed not to care. To add insult to injury the entire back of our truck is still filthy.We will NEVER use this car wash again.

Ive been coming here from first day they opened. Seen a lot of workers come and go. But those who have stayed know me by Bears wife lol. Do need to (check) clean bathrooms a little more often.

Staff is extremely rude. They wanted $4 to refill a slurpee mug. I told them speedway charges $1.50. The old lady tells me Were not speedway. Really??? Keep your $4 icee drink. Despite living a couple miles from this gas station, Ill go out of my way to support Speedway, 711, and any other car wash place. Way to burn a bridge with a local customer.

Absolutely worst experience ever. The car wash left little beads of wax or something all over my car. Took it back, they ran it through and still there...3 car washes later..STILL THERE! Stay away!

Just the worst podunk gas station on the planet. The bins for the windsheld cleaners are ALWAYS EMPTY and there is never any papertowels either. Gas pumps suck too.read
