Im so impressed with how we were treated. Danny and Erin did not make us feel like a customers, we felt like family shopping here. Danny and Carl were working and constantly checked in on me to see if I needed any help and Danny helped me find my wedding boots plus did so much more for my fiance and I. Him and Erin went above and beyond and she called me to let me know she was able to order my size in boots. I will not get my boots from anyone else. Best experience ever. We also went back and found shirts for the guys to wear. Lynn was there when we went back and she was also super friendly and helpful! Thank you so much for everything!

Ive been in the store off and on over the years since it opened and I absolutely love it there!! They have an unbelievably huge selection of boots. I just bought a pair this weekend and Im already in love. Theyre so much more comfortable to ride in than my old boots, and theyre waterproof! The staff are all super friendly and helpful. And theres a ton more than boots there too, I highly recommend anyone looking for quality riding and showing wear to go check it out!

The most awesome experience ever, I happen to work at my job during all of their business hours so I messaged the owner threw their website and she agreed to stay late to help me after I got out. I got there and the owner helped me the entire time, wasn’t rushed at all, extremely knowledgeable about everything. Helped me find a couple pair of boots and socks. I will never shop anywhere else, she made a customer for life, would highly recommend!

Have purchased a couple pairs of boots, shirts hats from here great people great customer service. Answer every question and have been very helpful explaining sizing etc. great selection wish they’d have some more small size shirts as I wear smalls but otherwise no complaints great selection would recommend highly.

My friend and I went to Howell Western Wear to buy new boots for our first trip to Nashville. We had a great time trying on boots. My friend found a gorgeous red pair and I went with these beautiful stitched beauties.Our boots stood on the iconic wooden circle at the Grand Ole Opry. Our boots attended a memorable Grand Ole Opry live recording in its original location, the Ryman. Our boots stayed up late dancing in the Broadway honkytonks. On our last night in Nashville, our boots wrapped up a most Dixieland time at the Wildhorse Saloon.Needless to say, Howell Western Wear definitely completed our Nashville trip. We still wear our boots regularly because everyone needs a little Western Wear in their lives.

Best boot selection around, I have a bad ankle and it swells up standing to long, and Erin behind the counter told me she could put a boot shaper in it over night and I could pick them up the next day. You don’t get service like that at the big shops. Thanks, for the new Georgia boots, you have a customer for ever.

I went in to check sizing for a pair of boots I was dead set on buying online. BUT The people here were so nice, helpful, patient and knowledgeable! I ended up with a different size, brand and style of boot AND the instant gratification of taking my new boots with me! I couldn’t have been more impressed with this shop and can’t wait to save up for another purchase from this local shop!!

I dont write many reviews but after my experience at this store I felt that I had to. I have a hard time finding footwear so I went through a boot fitting and was able to find a pair that fit like a glove. The help I received was exceptional and I would highly recommend this place.

There is a wide variety of boots and denim jeans as well as shirts, gloves, and other accessories. A very nice store to feel a little more connected to the country. Although I didnt buy the boots I looked at, this business has the best customer service ever. I have been in many western shops and have never had this caliber of help. I didnt buy the boots because it wasnt exactly what I wanted. I will return on my next trip to buy what I want.
