I am very happy that I chose to go with CGC water for the installation of a new water system including a reverse osmosis faucet and the replacement of my water heater. My experience with the various CGC employees from start to finish has been nothing but professional, personable, prompt and responsive. In addition Anthony and Chris were friendly, accommodating of any questions and respectful of my house since it was a snowy day when they came for the installation of the water system and water heater. Have been a customer for about 20 yrs. In that time only recieved good service when purchasing new (very expensive) equipment!Their follow thru on service (filters & such) is pitiful at best. Kinetico is a good product, butCGC is not very good at follow thru!!

I have owned a Kinetico water system since I built the house 22 years ago. After realizing that I needed the unit to be tuned up and perhaps upgraded, the good folks at CGC sent Jeremy and Johnny out Friday. They were congenial, professional, and extremely helpful, making sure that the unit performed as intended. I was extremely pleased by them, as they went WAY above and beyond. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. If you like the feeling of used car sales this is what youll get from this company. We were looking to get our water softener replaced in February of 2021 and had a couple of companies come out to give us an estimate and this Kinetico company was one of them, the rep was polite but how insulting. After about an hour and a half of nothing more than a simple water test (like most do) and then about an hour of him opening up his laptop and proceeding to SALES PITCH everything under the sun... our quote came out to be @ $9,000 !!!!! .... for a water softener !!! which was more than 3 xs as much as anyone else -- Beauchamps, Reynolds, Pete Black are ALL about 3x less than this company ... their argument is that their water softener is the best and proprietary to them... 1) thats not a good thing; youll be dependent on them for any future issues essentially married to the company and 2) you can literally pick ANY OTHER worst water softener and have it go bust and you will still come out ahead after replacing it 3x over if it came to it.....seriously what a rip-off and I can see why it takes them over an hour of presentations, videos, color pamphlets before they give you a price. SAVE YOURSELF the hassle, your time and your $. We got our water softener system installed by one of the above mentioned companies (48,000 grain) instead at @ $2,000 and seriously could not be happier our well water is clearer than ever before. BUYER BEWARE.

I typically dont do this but in this case I will reply to Kenticos attempt to distort my original review:First they are correct their estimate was less than $9,000 - to be clear the original estimate was @ $9,650 but the sales guy then gave us the Special Price for a current special they were running the actual total came out to just around $8,500Next, the RO system this is also true but an IMPORTANT thing here, we ALREADY HAVE AN RO SYSTEM and our RO system is actually pretty good and we have been happy with it for years and were not looking to replace it, which of course is something we let them know, we brought Kinetico out for a quote on a water softener NOT an RO system but nonetheless they tried to bundle it in... I believe their RO system by itself was about @ $2,000 or so which meant that the remaining $6,500 was the for the water softener.To recap, they were professional but you will literally feel like you are at a used car dealership being sold... instead of just being direct and straightforward. This review situation is just an example of the experience. They were literally 3xs as much as anyone else no matter which way you slice it; with really no added benefit compared to everyone else. Again, thank you for being nice during the meetup but Kinetico is well overpriced compared to the competition and to be clear the competition (Beauchamps, Reynolds, Black) is actually better and just as professional if not more but dont take my word for it, you can certainly google it. Here is Kineticos reply to my original review if anyone is curious:Hi Reis, thanks for your feedback but I want to correct something. We did not quote you $9000 for a softener. The quote you were given was for a softener, an air induction system and the best reverse osmosis system on the market. Also, the quote was $1000 less than you stated. Additionally, Kinetico Systems are the unique in the market place with over 1.2 million units sold and a 95% satisfaction rate. Im sure the other companies you had out would love to be able to sell them but they cant. Not all softeners are the same and that is certainly the case here. We are happy that you are happy. For future reference, we do service all makes and models of softeners.

I was replacing a 26 year old Kinetico system.Obtaining a quote was simple and easy. Kinetico sends you a picture of the agent coming to your home so you know who to expect. The agent (Mark) asked several questions to ascertain my needs and made several recommendations. It was important for me to compare apples to apples with other companies in the area. The quote was easy to understand and competitive. Replacing holding tank (with fittings), softener system, and adding an iron removing system.The installation process was timely, thorough, and complete. The installers (Sam and Wesley) were polite, attentive to details, and clean. Care was taken to make sure my home was not a mess or had materials tracked throughout. They made sure I was satisfied with the installation and operation of the system before they left. Very impressed with the attention to detail.This is my third Kinetico system and I am very pleased with the function of this system. I would recommend a Kinetico to anyone and make this purchase again. They have been known to be a more expensive line but they do offer models that are closer to competing brands, depending on your needs. I opted for a higher quality system as I am counting on this system to last 26 years like my older model.

We have had our system in place about a week an a half.If you do not have this system, you need one.We are extremely happy with ours. The chlorine smell and taste was gone immediately so no more buying bottled water to cook with or drink. We especially like how handy the reverse osmosis water valve on the sink is.Our shower no longer smells like pool water.We want to tell Kinetico CGC “Thank You” for taking care of us and our water problems.Thank you to our installer Justin as well.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! This company installed and services a whole house filter system and reverse osmosis faucet for my fathers home. The representatives are polite, professional, and prompt. They had clear pricing (much better than online prices for the filters, too) and had financing options for the systems. I highly recommend this company!!

Hartland Kinetico - We have a Kinetice Water Softner and Kinetico Reverse Osmosis System in our home. We use Kinetico Salt. Everything works great. We needed a new well pump and we followed the procedures after the installation to get our water system up and running. However after the installation, we thought our reverse osmosis system wasn’t working properly. I called Kinetico, Hartland and Chris was great he worked us into our very difficult schedule for a home call. I went to the office to purchase a new filter for our system prior to the service call to be certain that the water to the reverse osmosis system was not contaminated. I explained the symptoms to Jacob. He asked that I return with a water sample. I was worried- further bad news - additional expense, etc. The result was - the system is working properly and no further action required. My softener is about 20 years old (purchased by a previous owner) and I purchased the Reverse Osmosis System about 10 years ago. Jacob cancelled the appointment and I was assured that all water systems were running appropriately. Honesty, professional behavior and a caring attitude was what I experienced. I highly recommend Hartland Kinetico, Jacob and Chris were outstanding.

We had an incredible experience working with Kinetico and their team. We built a new house and are on a well so we wanted to ensure we had good clean water from day one. From our initial meeting with Edd to the clean and tidy install by Ryan our experience was outstanding. It was refreshing to work with a company that still holds true to values like professionalism, courtesy, respect, and punctuality. Even when the plumber our builder contracted removed a drain from the sump for the softener as it was “not his job” to put it through the cover, Kinetico came back and completed the work a second time with no complaints or expenses. With equipment made in the USA and an exceptional staff I can’t recommend them enough!

When my water softener failed I looked into alternatives and decided to purchase the Kinetico water softener system/drinking water station. My water supply is a well with heavy iron content. The difference in taste with the new system is amazing, no more bottled water in our house! The CGC rep, Edd, totally explained the system and its benefits. Ryan, the installer was very professional and gave me a walk through of the actual process.

Ed Fuller first came to test our water and exceeded our expectations in how much time he spent educating us about the difference and value in a Kinetico water softener. Jeremy Luchenbill came out the NEXT DAY for installation and was extremely friendly the entire time. He went above and beyond in taking the time to clean out all of our aerators after installation and showed me how to change the filters, etc. I also want to mention how great they both were interacting with our dog! The value is in their product and customer service, I’m happy we chose Kinetico!

IGGY was great explaining what we needed to Better our water filtration. Tested everything and then showed up our options. Great salesman without trying to push things that we didn’t need. Great follow up calls prior to the installation day. And the installer Ryan was also a very nice guy very professional and installed our new tank in a way that wouldn’t take up more space in the basement where our old system was previously installed. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

Not really a show room. A service counter and receptionist. Most of the facilities are warehouse. Today took in the top value of my 23 year old kinetico system and had the tech, Rene replace some worn out parts. Took only a few minutes and bench time was short. Friendly, helpful.

Installed an improved technology Water Softener system that is more expensive than traditional systems - Kinetico brand.CHC is the main local Contractor that I found for this product. Salesperson, Karen helped us understand the products and had the Unit installed.Im very familiar with General Construction and observed a quality installation. Unit runs great, Im using less salt and I trust less electricity. The water is good. Time will tell, but so far so good on the Kinetico Unit.Re: service; Karen and office staff are available for questions.However, my best experience was withService person- Ryan G.He came out to check Unit after 1 1/2 years. He found routine services issues and fixed everything, even things he didnt have to. He kept all work within a liberal Warranty period. He was professional and pleasant.I recommend Kinetico (if you believe getting what you pay for) and CGC as the company and especially Ryan G. as the best Service person Ive seen lately.Frank Coutts.

Both the salesman and the installer were professional and fun. Would recommend this company to anyone needing a water solution. I felt like they took their time to educate me and make recommendations that were specific to my needs. They accommodated some special requests when hooking up the new system to better allow me to take care of my outdoor animals. Really appreciate the attention to detail! Haven’t had an opportunity to test the water yet but I am confident that the results will be as promised and that I have a solid company backing my purchase.

Very pleased with my entire experience with Kinetico CGC Water Treatment. Both Brandon our sales representative and Josh the installer were professional and courteous. I feel we got a good deal and were treated fairly. We had them add/install a SmartClear Air Induction Filter into our existing softener system. The plumbing was done top notch and best of all no more sulfur smell. All around good experience!

I was extremely pleased with the service that I received from CGC Water. The sales and technical staff (Brian and Travis) were well versed in the various water challenges in our area and able to answer questions effectively about the best approach to address these concerns. My parents had a Kinetico softener that lasted 30 years and didnt even require service until it was 25 years old! They inherited the system when they bought the house, but they absolutely loved it. I have had my system, which includes the k5 reverse osmosis, k60 softener & smart clear air induction filter for going on 5 years now and we absolutely LOVE IT! we could not be happier. excellent American MADE products and this company CARES. no honest person will tell you that everything always goes perfectly as planned, but this company goes the extra mile to make sure you know your water, know the best system and are 100% satisfied with it and they DO actually CARE! if you give them a chance, you will NOT be disappointed.

Ryan was very pleasant and informative about our new iron filter equipment. He worked diligently and quickly and finished in the two hour time frame. He was concerned about a whistling sound in the outlet of the iron filter. The whistle went away by the next day. We are very satisfied with his workmanship.

Was wonderful day despite the drilling noise lol, Very happy to have chosen Kinetico to put in our water treatment. Travis was wonderful at explaining and answering all the questions we had, I would recommend him to anybody and everybody. Everything looks great works great and with minimal interruption to our day. We will now have safe water to use and I cant be happier about it.

We love our new reverse osmosis water and noticed a huge difference right away - we love the taste and how it performs and knowing it is healthy for us makes us drink even more which is great! Kinetico did a great job. we needed quick service due to issue with my mother’s old filtration system and well pump. We contacted Kinetico and they came out same day and gave us a quote. We were able to get a new tank, pump, filtration system and triple osmosis system installed the next day. The gentalman that installed the system was really nice and professional. He was very respectful and clean. He made sure to therowly go over the different aspects of the new system with us. We used Kinetico in the past and chose to use them again and would highly recommend them to everyone.

I recently had a twin canister water softener from Kinectico installed.Edd Fuller is my sales rep and Nate meek installed my systemI moved into my house 4 years ago and it didn’t have any softer system and I had a cheap all in one put in.I have 5 adults and two kids under 5 in my house. I was going through 3 bags of salt per week in my old system and I ran out of soft water by 9am!Now I’ve had the new Kinectico system and have only used 3 bags of salt in two months! What a difference and I always have soft water.Thanks go out to Edd and Nate. Always great service. Several years ago, CGC installed a Kinetico softener and RO system and it has been great. Recently, we had a new well drilled and CGC installed an iron filter to handle the higher iron content.
