Great customer service!! Eddie took great care of us. We purchased two Galaxy A20 and accessories from him today. He even called to other stores to make sure we were getting what we needed. Eddie took the time to explain to us the different features on each phone and helped us to make our decision. Very knowledgeable and friendly!

Mario is the owner of the store bought 2 new phones today and new service he set everything up for us,transferred everything over to new phones,set up voice mail,made it a very easy transfer from are old school slide phones,answered all questions did not rush us,he didnt try to up sell us anything a very straight forward transaction,showed us the total cost of everything out the door before we started anything,go see him if your thinking of a switch

I like the options I have with my phone. But when it says the store closes at 7pm, it should not be closed at 6:50pm. I drove from Fowlerville to hit the gym after I played my bill so I could get my card punched. Now I have to come back? For real!? Bums for employees.

LIEING SCAMING OWNER. The owner alway tries to charge a activation fee of 25$ When upgrading phone and tell you you can’t use you’re old SIM card even tho there universal so he can get another 15$ it’s free online and the old sims work on new phones all these are is scams to try make 20 dollars here and there I called online to activate my new phones on 2 existing lines and they did it for free he wanted to charge 80$ Any and every other metro pcs is better than this one he always try to make you think you’re getting a deal just compare prices elsewhere and you’ll save hundreds I feel bad for all the elderly people he has scammed. All he dose is sit in his store all day hoping to see someone he can lie and trick into handing over as much money as possible STAY AWAY.

Love this store. I live in Brighton and went to the Brighton metro store and got screwed over I had bought a brand new phone and two weeks later it stopped working I took it in to the store and the guy made me buy a new phone and said I couldnt have the other one back because it was on warranty and the ladies at the Howell store told me if it was on warranty they should of replaced it that day and that what I thought metro gives u a 90 day period after buying a new phone being it stopped working after 2 weeks they should of replaced it. Long story short I went to the Howell location and was treated with the upmost respect and I was buying my bf a new phone and they gave me a great deal and Im buying a phone here soon and they also said they would give me a great deal thru them if I get my new phone next month. Needless to say this store is awesome I love it it will most definitely be the only store I go to from now on.

I give this store 0 starsThe male that answered the phone with a rude additute has 0 customer service and told me to call monday cause he didnt want to deal with it. Over 10$ that i had paid for a screan protecter (that they didnt have but were apparently selling anyway and were supposed to notify me about when recieved but never did) (therefore i only owe 10 more $ but i wanted store credit instead) the recipt is in the computer. But i guess his job was to hard Needles to say ill never do buisness with them again. Not to mention the girl said the protector is 20$ but its only 15$....

Buyer beware with Howell store!! This guy ia a rip off artist that preys on senior citizens and low income clientele. He has scammed many people, many times, including my 73 year old mother. He charges more than other Metro PCS stores and the Metro PCS website. Scammer!!

Went in there today to get a new phone & plan after being with another carrier for years wasnt sure what to expect but it was a great experience was in & out in about 15 min and i was thoroughly impressed with the customer service couldnt be more satisfied
