This is my favorite Biggby location. Friendly, professional environment. The staff is kind and go out of their way to make regulars feel valued and known. I really like the personalized touches. Pictures of the Barista’s Pets, Daily Trivia, Counter Quotes and the adorable local School Kids Artwork!Suggestions:Turn off Door Dash during morning rush hours. Set a gratuity for Door Dash orders for the Barista’s. As a regular I watch them bust their tails, manage impatient customers to act like fast food vs. a beloved coffee shop.Add a sign and suggestion box:We appreciate tips & positive reviews. We also want your feedback, and appreciate your praises!Store feels outdated, could use sprucing up but service knocks it out of the park! A new coat of paint, and new colors would make for a more welcoming space. I say ditch the Art on the wall and hang up cork strips with clips for more Artwork from the local schools! It’s so precious, and will bring in more families. We all need cheering up these days, and this is a great simple way!Favorite Drink: Medium Americano ☕️ 🇺🇸

Customer service there is horrible. The workers are absolutely rude. It doesnt matter what time of day it is. Drinks are never right and the sizes are always wrong.

I’m from Lansing so I’ve grown up with Biggby. After moving to Howell I went to go visit my new ‘home’ Biggby location and was pretty disappointed. The staff was not very friendly or helpful. I ordered one mallow hot chocolate and a dark hot chocolate with mallow added. Got home, less than two miles away, and our drinks were less than luke warm and both were regular hot chocolate with mallow. Just used to a higher standard of service and drinks from Biggby.

This facility does not have a drive thru ( Walk in only) The staff is very hit or miss at this location. The service is fast but the drinks do not taste the same as the other Howell Biggby location located off of grand river by Kohls. I much rather have the other biggby experience but when on the North side of town, this one will do.

I always come in and everyone is very friendly and helpful. they remember my name and my order which gets me in and out and on the go very fast. I also really like the home town feel. they definitely work hard and it shows. I would recommend this small business to anyone. Best Biggby or any coffee shop around.

I love this place, theres a different biggby next to my work, but I always come to this one. I have never experienced any issues until today. Its simple, so Im not mad. I ordered and iced hot chocolate with mint, and chocolate chips, I never got my chocolate chips

Absolutely disgusting $6 smoothie! It took forever for just a single medium smoothie when there where no other customers, I finally get it and it tastes awful! They used ORANGE JUICE in a strawberry banana smoothie. Gross! They wouldnt redo it or refund it. Just go to tropical smoothie. Or McDonalds.

Coffee good, but the place is so noisy. Its the appliances they use. I think. Sound like planes taking off. Dont expect a place to relax, read, etc.

The coffee is great and comes with a friendly atmosphere. The staff will make great recommendations if you are unsure what to order or want to try something new. If you become a regular at this Biggby you will be treated like a friend by the amazing staff.

Its Biggby which is nothing special but the baristas (Jon and Nick) were beyond slow which is just disappointing. I’ve never seen baristas move slow when you have so many people.

I really like the store over on Lawson Dr. Off grand river alot better. I purchased a frozen drink and it wasnt even frozen

Hours are wrong. Google maps says 930 pm mon - thurs. I show up Thursday night at 9:10. Closed. Please address the situation. Love the coffee though. Sad I couldn’t get any.
