Was a regular customer for 2 years. Even before the move. I had no problems before they switched buildings, Chris was always on top of everything and very friendly. He even remembered my name every Wednesday when I walked in. After the switch I was still a regular up until last Wednesday. The staff is not that friendly and I find myself standing in line at the register for long periods of time when there are multiple people working. I understand that there is only one register but standing in line for longer than 5 minutes when the person in front and the cashier are casually talking has gotten very old. They could keep the conversation going while I’m checking out and send me on my way but that has never happened. I also understand shipping delays happen but the frequency of this shop not having any new comics on Wednesday is too high. Last week I was told they had no comics because of the holiday that was the day after. That would not affect the shipping at all. The shop I used to go to in Auburn Hills always had their new releases on time and on the shelves. This new shop doesn’t even have new releases on the shelves at open, it usually takes a couple hours for that to happen. I had a large pull list often purchasing between $30 to $40 a week in new comics but oftentimes my pulls would be incomplete. The staff doesn’t even recognize me when I come in for my pulls which makes me feel like I’m not valued. At the smaller shop before the move this was never s problem. The only one in the store that actually makes me feel welcomed is Chris who remembers me and will hold a conversation. The rest of the staff never really tries. They also have their point system for $5 off every 100 points but they don’t actually keep track of that. At least not with me unless I remind them. The back issue long boxes are nice and extensive but that’s about the only thing I will recommend at this shop. I will not spend anymore money here, the customer service is poor.

Im happy to see a store open up in my area again. FNM gets decent turn outs, running multiple formats every Friday and more through out the week. Thanks Bob and all the guys and gals at BC Comix!

Good store for card games and comics. Light on board games and other tabletop gaming. They went out of business recently.

The staff still has the huge wealth of knowledge and game experience from the smaller stores, but under one roof at the same time.

Absolutely love going here they always seem to have what im looking for.
