Consistently out of medications. They will give you what they have left, but then you have to return a few days later for the rest. Of course, when they don’t have any of your medication left, you’re out of luck until they get their stock order in.

Was coming from work to pick up a last minute medication to find they closed 5 minutes early. Had to go an extra day without. Kinda upset because as a healthcare worker myself I always go above and beyond because I realize how important my job is. I hope this is just a one time thing. Otherwise I’ve never had a problem with them.

Really getting tired of out of stock meds. They give me a date it will be in then they send another text giving me another date. I always have difficulty getting them to accept Good RX coupons. I checked with Good RX who stated when they have a contract with us they are obligated to accept.

100x slower than any other pharmacy I’ve ever used. I have Been waiting for HOURS when anywhere else it’s an average 10 minutes wait tops, I do not recommend!!

I am happy to share my experience. my medication was not covered by I insurance. 3 pills where $220 total. The pharmacy tech advised me that they have there own discount programs and asked if I would like them to check price. Came back for $6.30. I had to change my scrip to 8 pills. Called and asked what the cost would be and it was only $12.30. Very greatful that the pharmacy told me about this. I pulled all of my scripts from walmart to meijer.

I am definitely switching pharmacies I am sick of being treated like rap I run a business things happen I am to take unexpected trips and I get treated very badly and now I just had to post hole in my flight because the Tech field its best that she knows whats best for me and shes gonna wait till dinner time to call my insurance when they play insurance will be closed I dont have time for their games I want a pharmacy that treats me like a human being and that their customer service is important

This is a good pharmacy. They have a drive thru which is really handy and all of the pharmacists are really nice. Theyre very quick and have your prescriptions done right away.

I am consistently amazed and disappointed at how slow the drive-through pharmacy operates at this Meijer. I am not certain why they offer this service since they apparently do not know how to efficiently staff it.

I wish I could give this a Zero. My family has been coming here for years, I and many others will not be back. I came in to drop off a prescription. As I was waiting, the young gentleman on the phone was talking to someone else on the phone, all I heard him say was, I did not ask you that, I asked you to give me this information very rude. Then this girl with glasses and brown hair comes over to me, seeming agitated. I give her my slip and she needed more information, which I got for her, she then stated that the drug was incorrect. She started talking about how she is now going to have to call the office the next day and get the correct information. I asked her what she meant by wrong. She stated, it was just wrong and was annoyed. I said, well I work there, it was for my husbands appointment at the office and it is a drug you can get. She continued with, well I can get it, but not until thursday - (So you stated how stupid our the office was, find out I work there and then change it to, is a drug you can get, it just is not in office?-last I checked you are not a Dr.) I did not say any of that to her, but instead got the Dr. on the phone and he confirmed the other type was fine to get it sooner, as this was Tuesday. The lady continued with a very poor attitude, I am not sure if it is because the line for pick up was long so she was aggravated, but there is no excuse. It is your job! I went to walk away and then turned back and said, you know, I am not sure why you are so mean to me, the only nice gentleman was that one over there who came to help her response Ok I looked at her and stated, you do not care do you? She responded, no I asked that she not call the office the next day (as I was the one going to be answering) and looked at the gentleman in the lab coat who was apparently the manger. I asked if he could call, he said he does not get in until 10:00am, I said that was fine. I turned to walk away again and the same girl goes, Happy Holidays, I hope you dont get into an accident (EXCUSE ME? WHAT?!) So I turned back and responded, my husband is a Paramedic, I hope one day you need him to save you. I turned away a third time and she yelled at me, GO TO HELL! I did get the management involved, but this girl either needs, to be properly educated. I work every day with the public and even if I am having a bad day, there is no excuse to act that way towards others. I did speak with the Meijer head manager Deanna who was nice and apologized. I truly love meijer, its family owned business and supporting it, I always use the pharmacy when I need to as does my family, but as of right now. It is highly not going to be used anymore. Kroger is cheaper anyway and they are super nice over there who do not take their personal issues onto their customers.
