I learned that gas power lawn edges dont need the blade sharpened! They could of said yes and then I would have spent money that I didnt need to do!

Warren is a real swell guy, one of the nicest people youd ever wanna meet, but should a customer have to wait a whole week to have their lawn mower blades sharpened? He cant hire some high-school kid to come in and do that for 2-3 hrs so customers dont have to have their grass be 6 in high when they cut it next? I dropped my blade off on Wednesday thinking I would wait while he did that. Nows it Sat and I didnt know he closed at noon. Now, I cant pick it up till Tues. Guess I shouldve asked, I also shouldve asked how much the charge is for doing this.

Warren is a excellent mechanic. Good on everything but especially two cycles! He normally stays a week or more backlogged. He is worth the wait.

Needed head gasket for old Kohler engine. They had it in stock!In the past I had trouble with a two stroke engine. Before selling me parts, he told me what to inspect first. Advice was absolutely correct. I didnt need parts! Great folks to deal with.

Their backlog is a good (they are always busy) indicator of their customers feedback; on several occasions I used Howell Lawn Mower and Radiator. I each instance their service was first rate, they are professional, and their services are competitively priced......I highly recommend HLM&R for any mower, engine repair or service!!

THE WORSTWhom ever is saying that he is best of whatever, they must be friends / relatives or hes paying them to say that. He told me he will look at my riding mower and will call me with info, but instead he claims he had $85 work done on it. I asked him to show me and caught him with a lie because I marked the part with an X on the back that he said he changed. If you want to get screwed! Go ahead. Also very defensive when caught with a lie. Too bad cant take to courts. So do your self a favor go somewhere else that can actually treat you like a customer.nd if ever stop
