Kaitlin was extremely helpful. She approached me as soon as I walked into the store and helped me find everything I was looking for. I would definitely shop here again. The sale prices were great. The store was also very clean.

Usually I have no issues with this store. Today however I called, asked if I could provide a style number to see if a particular bag was in stores. I was placed on hold then a rep came to the phone and said we cant look it up, were kind of busy right now but you can come to the store and see if we have it. I informed the rep I dont live up the street hence why I was calling first before making a pointless drive. Questionable customer service.

Replace to staff. We went there yesterday. 3 employees danced at the exits. Watch videos at there phone and don’t take Care Customer questions and needs.Unbelievable.... why should we spend so much money there. Tanger provided a 20% coupon on 1 single item. Was not acceptabled in store!! We left and spend our money at other stores.

Had to exchange a purse and bought 2 more and a backpack during this visit. The sales were great and the customer service was nice

I bought my first bag from here about a year ago. I loved it and thought it was adorable and always got compliments on it but it wasnt until a night at the bar that I realized how well these bags are made. I drank on an empty stomach and ended up throwing up into my purse. My boyfriend, being the sweet sweet man he is, tried to clean it so I could go to bed right away. However, he doesnt really know anything about purses let alone leather so he rinsed and then fully submerged my bag into water. I thought this would be the end of it, and things werent looking super great at first for it, but after getting some leather cleaner and whatnot to deep clean it, THE BAG ENDED UP BEING FINE!!. Any other brand I feel would not have withstood that. So I went back last weekend and bought two more! I dont think theyre any higher priced than any other designer bag and with how well theyre made I think theyre 100% worth it. I also felt like the ladies here were so friendly and nice! Would recommend both this shopping location and the brand!

Hi ! I went to the Michael KORS store today after many months!My favorite store since there are always some very attentive girls with the public! They make me feel welcome!Today I had no such experience!It seems to be there is a new modality for the Covid. I had not read it and took a piece and put it on top! The young woman comes to me energetically and says in an authoritative voice: Are you going to buy the piece?I got nervous and I answered, I dont think so!Then the young woman comes to me and tells me now she will make me steam clean the piece and for you to have measured it, it will be three days in the warehouse!I felt really bad 😔 I apologized several times!I felt like I had damaged something!I perfectly understand rules are rules and I always follow them! I felt very sorry that someone scold me in public it was a very uncomfortable experience! Then I saw some signs that said dont try on clothes!
