Please do not go here. Horrendous customer service, zero compassion. We are going through and incredibly difficult time with our mother and this has added more stress to the situation. Zero stars. Sherry was very rude, laughing and making snobbish remarks about insurance problems.

The girl in there was very arrogant! She told me the price and then told me to contact an app online to get them cheaper. She wrote down the contact and her writing was so flamboyant that I couldn’t read it! I asked her several several times to tell me the letters and she wouldn’t. So she ended up printing the name and still left out letters she she doesn’t print well either. Her “O’s” look like “C’s”. Her “M’s” look like “in’s”

Fix the brake lights on your vehicles almost caused me to rear end one of your Vehicles in the rain this morning NO brake lights..I see your response and thank you so much I did also tell the driver but I want to make sure it was heard loud and clear.. thank you so much for your response...

They are always ready to help and serve

When I first started ordering from them about five years ago they were fine and did great work. After the last few years service has deteriorated and they are often out of stock and they ship late or only partially ship. Since my insurance coverage for these items is based on ship dates it makes my next reorder later that what it should have been if AMS shipped on time. Ill be looking for a new company that can fulfill orders when requested and manage their stock according to demand.

The service is great. If your looking for something in the medical need this is the right place to go. They are not very pricey either. .

I have contacted this company multiple time to order supplies with no luck. I always get the answering machine, but no person. And that is OK, if I got a call back. So be patience if you use them. As for me, I am moving on to another company.

I came here looking for a wheelchair for my mom. They had plenty in stock and also had the accessories and cushions she desired as well. The insurance covered it too, which they deal with! I met with the owner, Renee, when she walked through the retail section and she was genuinely concerned with the customer service and patients. Amazing job Advanced Medical Solutions!

Advanced Medical Solutions helped me tremendously when I broke my leg. I went in there and was immediately greeted by Sarah, who was so sweet. Josh came down, manager of the billing, and helped verify my difficult insurance ordeal. Quality products at a good price! Would highly recommend shopping here for your medical equipment!

I can’t think of an adjective bad enough to describe the service at Advanced Medical Service. Nonstop billing errors, shipping entirely wrong products, and unbelievably horrible customer service. Find an alternative, trust me!

Our dealings with this company have shown there inefficiency in handling customer orders and customer service. This is a small company that has expanded beyond there capabilities, from my experience the customer is respected and the company does what they can do to insure this. Suggestions might include all of your agents get on the same page and keep notes on the accounts. We would love to keep our business local but companies like Advanced make it very difficult.

I needed a knee roller for my surgeries my freshman and sophomore year. They had many in stock and let us do a month to month payment because we didnt know how long I would need it. We went to them both times for the roller and they were very helpful!

Great medical company, my daughter gets all her supplies from here and they deliver on time. They also remind you when its time to order your supplies.

Tried to deal with this company because its local however so unhappy with the last 4 months and the constant communication to try and accomplish my purchases I must move on.

They seem to think that I would go out of my way to purchase equipment from them when I can’t use my insurance benefits.
