Im here constantly to pick up stuff for our clients. They have a nice variety of everything you need. Although this is a slightly smaller Home Depot and others so sometimes they dont have exactly what you need. But their lawn and garden department is very nice and lost employees are very helpful.
They do a good job. The employees are knowledgeable, customer focused, and pleasant to work with. Prices are very reasonable.
We ordered a Husky tool box online and opted to ship to the Hudson, WI store for pick up. After we received the email the box was ready for pickup, we soon realized only half the box was there. Dan (Iβm sorry I donβt know his last name) came to the rescue. He placed an order for a whole new box, tracked it, kept me updated AND had it shipped directly to our house. He went above and beyond to ensure we got our tool box. This is why we are loyal Home Depot customers.

Had a gentleman, Jeremy, go beyond over and above trying to help me find a snowblower cover during off season. He could of easily blown me off. Without hesitation he said let me go look at inventory and see what crate they are in. They were no longer on the shelves. He went out to off season storage and looked through inventory. The thing is he was busy with other things Iβm sure, he did this without hesitation and actually βthanked meβ for waiting. An old school out of the way service provided by him that I had believed was a thing of the past. To say I was blown away and impressed is an understatement. Kudos to you Jeremy for exceeding any possible expectations I could of had. I hope your store manager reads this and if so please reach out to me if you do! I always buy my window blinds from this store. The offering is good, the staff is helpful, patient and resourceful. One order had a probem but it was promptly resolved. Grateful!
Not recommended for weekend shopping if disabled. Cant handle 2 way traffic through aisles over crowded with inventory. Customers focused on individual customers without acknowledging other customers and or unwilling to page additional resources to provide assistance to customers who are waiting for longer time periods unassisted.

Very small for a Home Depot ( at least what I am used to). Asked employee to help me find 3 things, ended up finding them on my own. How can you only have a selection of 4 door knobs? And we couldnt even find the selection of knobs for closet doors. I ended up buying kitchen cabinet hardware.

Purchased a Dewalt trimmer. Obvious that they support Dewalt vs Menards. Service people substantially more friendly and experienced than Menards. HD always wins head to head on service and help. Menards wins mostly on lowest price for less quality product.
I have had my share of difficulties with the HD website but this store is a good one. The stadd is helpful and the store is usually well stocked.
They have a good variety of mowers and the like but very little as far as replacement parts.
Love Home Depot!!! Most employees are very knowledgeable in their departments.

I called several places for weed killing vingear and Home Depot had it....30% vingear....a very strong strength that needs respect to use, (use gloves and be careful), but will do the trick on weeds.I like to get what Im needing now instead of waiting to have it delivered!
I would have rated it lower but I couldnt. A sales associate made me feel very uncomfortable by the Milwaukee tool section this morning. I felt degraded for not wearing a mask(which I cant wear). Filing a report with corporate later this afternoon after speaking to my legal rep. Will never be back, home Depot should be ashamed.
Nothing earth shattering or time stopping.Store was clean, organized, and the staff was very helpful in pulling heavy items off the shelf, rolling it up to pay and loading it in the car for me, all while being pleasant and friendly. Well done.
Being able to get the local store aisle and section from the website really helps you find what youre looking for quickly.
Good alternative to Menards. Fast free WiFi. They have special parking spots for combat wounded vets- a well deserved touch. Quality of stuff here is ok to good, Prices are ok to good (especially when they close out a particular model of something), lotsa employees but often they are unable to help in the department we need help in. Beware of accessory kits and add-ons when you buy an appliance. They add considerable $$$ to the price tag, and they say our warranty will be void if we do not purchase them.The other lost star is due to the fact that they donβt stock much stuff here (esp appliances) so yule have to wait 1 to 2 months for it to appear.

Over the last year I Have boycotted Menards due to their facemask rules. Home Depot has been more tolerant. Iβve purchased refrigerators gliding door flooring from Home Depot this last year come on.

As of Monday, they changed the store mask policy. If youre a disabled Veteran, who cant wear a mask, they will not allow you in the store. If you have a religious exception, they will not let you in the store. They say they can help you from your car. What if they said they wouldnt allow blacks in the store, only curbside? This virus has a 99.984% survival rate. I want to be treated like a HUMAN. This is no longer about a virus but human rights. Ive moved my companies business to Lowes instead.
What you expect at a Home Depot. Prices slightly higher than a Menards. Still worth a visit when looking for things.
Found what I needed when everywhere else was out of stock. Surprisingly comparable prices to Wal-Mart.....

In late August we purchased some custom window treatments which went well. Once they arrived the install went great on 4 out of 5 windows. The fifth one the valance nor mounting track was not included. We immediately called and they ordered up a replacement that was shipped out to us. Upon arrival it was missing the same items. We have made multiple calls and spoke with multiple staff and the issue is still not resolved. We have been told they will call back later before the end of day and did not get our calls returned. Very disappointed in the customer service we have received.
Bought a $325 Dewalt cordless leaf blower from Home Depot on October 15 2019 by oct 20 2020 it stopped working. Maybe used for 15 hrs max around my yard. They told me they would send it in for repair after a month I got it back with a note saying they do not repair this brand. Just another company that tells you how good they are but it is nothing but lies.
The guy at the desk where I paid for the bags of stone said someone would be out to help me load it, but no one ever showed up
Terrible customer service. Drive 50 mins each way to be told no one is there to help you with your cabinet questions.

I love the products but have a hard time finding what I need. I almost always need to ask for help. Which the help is very good and helpful. But I like to be self-dependent.
The staff is very helpful when it comes to what you need. The store is huge with lots to choose from for different items. Ive shopped there many times and the still continue to get better with time!

The staff here are very disrespectful.Willing to let me buy product with a medical conditions, but when I needed to return a product I was harassed multiple times due to my medical condition, even after receiving previous approval to return a product and following the same approved steps.
There was no one to help us order kitchen cupboards. Two women working in the department but neither could access the program to place an order. Hmm
Orders a total of 6 things 3 1x6x12 boards, 1 4x4x8 board, some weed control landscape tarp and stakes for the tarp. Ordered on-line for curbside to go pick. Waited an hr and had to give my order number to three different workers before my order was brought out

The fact that they make employees wear masks is a big plus during these times. Other then that. The staff was nice and I had a decent time shopping there.
Hudson Home Depot is 10 times better than Woodbury Home Depot. Staff are friendlier and the other shoppers are much nicer too.

The Hudson Home Depot has exceptional service! I needed to have some boards cut for a project and Tim was very helpful and efficient in helping me cut the boards, even though he had to get called away from a different project to help me.But what was even more impressive, was the young man Jared, a high schooler who helped me check out. He must have finished his shift right after helping me, because he walked past me loading boards in my car as he was walking to his car with his lunch box. He offered to help me, even though he was off the clock. Then, when the last board didnt fit, he helped me brain storm ways to make it work. We ended up needing to unload most of the boards, put the big one in first, then load it all back up. He stuck with me until it was all good! Thats super impressive for a high school teenager!
Always can find what Im looking for and the people that work there are always helpful and kind.
Wont be back, pandemic or otherwise. I work at a labor job all day and I wear my mask for my coworkers sakes, why cant home depot employees step up for their customers.

We purchased an appliance package totaling almost $5k from Home Depot. The delivery from the Hudson store was messed up. They didnt deliver some things, didnt install some things, and didnt remove some old appliances. The response that I received from Shane Burton at Hudson through their customer care rep was Buyers remorse isnt a reason for which wed take the appliances back. We werent asking to return appliances. We just wanted the deliver completed. When I called to speak with him, the coward would not return my calls. I had a similar interaction with 3 other people at this store before finally speaking with Liz (in the appliance department) who actually took my call and cared enough to try to correct things. If you buy from this store, dont expect any of the management team to stand behind the products or delivery. They will avoid having to speak with you like cowards.

This is my first negative review I have ever written (hopefully my last) Awful experience buying our fridge. When we went there the gentleman who sold us our fridge was very nice and very helpful. That was the only good thing about our experience. They scheduled the delivery for Saturday between 10:30 and 2:30 and were supposed to give us a call a half hour in advance. 3 oclock came around and we still hadnt heard anything. So I called to figure out what is going on. They then told me that it never made the truck and would call us on Monday (we canceled our weekend plans so we could be there when the fridge arrived). They never called us on Monday. I ended up calling on Tuesday and they then said it was scheduled for delivery on Thursday...great (thanks for telling us though). When we bought the fridge we said we wanted our old fridge put in the garage so we could resell it. Thursday came and they delivered the fridge. They also took our fridge with them... Im still not mad. we were only going to sell it for 50 to $75 anyways and now we didnt need to clean it all up. We noticed that the grill on the bottom of the fridge was warped and wasnt clicking into place. we had a 48 hour window to report anything that was wrong with it. That night I called them to let them know that we needed a new one and that we never received our money they had told us that we would get after the delivery. They said they would have a new one shipped. I called a couple days later to speak to the gentleman who sold us our fridge and he was a totally different person than he was when we bought the fridge (thinking commission might be involved here) He proceeded to tell me that it was our fault for not telling them to put it in the garage. I was not there but my wife was with our 2 young daughters. He said there was nothing he could do to help me and I would have to speak with his manager, who he completely bad mouth when we bought the fridge from him. The 5 times I had been in contact with Home Depot I stayed very friendly and understanding. Now I got mad... The manager called me and told me I would need to call the company directly to have the part ordered instead of them ordering it. We spoke with two other friends that had terrible experiences ordering appliances from Home Depot. I would highly recommend not ordering appliances from here unless you are home all the time and time isnt a factor because you will be listening to a lot of elevator music while you are on hold trying to speak to somone. Sad thing is there is much more to the story. Rant over

I went on-line and saw they had more than enough of the patio bricks I was looking for. I went, reluctantly, to the Hudson store since they have shown me nothing but incompetence in the past. I was told they had enough and then sold the amount I wanted. In a regular store thats the end of the story, but at Home Depot, they dont give you your items when you pay for it; they then begin to look for the items they have assured you they have and took your money for. Told it would be about 1/2 an hour, I waited 2 hours in their parking lot before the man who allegedly was looking for the bricks called my cell phone and told me they in fact didnt have the brick they took my money for. So instead of picking them up the same day as promised by employees and website, I now have to wait 2 days for them to deliver. So what is the next step? Call the main customer care line, right? Well they conference call me with the store manager. Now well get something done! I get off that phone call with the knowledge that the customer care rep didnt care enough to understand the problem and a store manager who is going to look for the block that her employees were supposed to have looked for yesterday. But at least NOW well get something taken care of. 2 hours later, nothing. I call the customer care rep back and left a voicemail telling her I have not received a return phone call. A couple minutes later I get a call from the customer care member, and she is acting as if she just happened to call to check up on the situation. Its not in response to my voicemail its just me calling to get an update on the situation. Again I am conference called. I am put on hold for a few minutes and then I am brought in on what sounds like the start of the call (as if they didnt have a debriefing prior to bringing me onto the call). The store manager states that they are still actively looking for the item. The customer care rep then states, So you do not have that item? Then the store managers story changes to no, we do not have that item. Actively looking straight to we dont have it. So end result is I dont get the bricks I was promised to be able to take home that day for 2+ days. Home Depot is not the store it once was. Do not go there unless you know EXACTLY what you want and are able to see it in the store and pick it up yourself. There are plenty of other home improvement stores out there that know what it is they are selling. Note the website STILL says they have enough brick to fill my order.

If you go later in the day, the store is empty and easy to find assistance. I needed a replacement condensate pump; self check.The down side is that you have to exit the building from the entrance. Park accordingly!

Custom ordered Andersen window and received an automated Home Depot call saying it shipped. What they donβt tell you is it goes to a third party for delivery which only services Hudson on Wednesday and Friday. You do not have the option of doing will call with Andersen windows either. So your window could sit in a warehouse for nearly a week before it delivers.
Employees are not wearing mask, no social distancing, two employees drinking coffee in the lumber department at the end of a isle watching two elderly people loading lumber. This store is pathetic. This all falls on management. Donβt ask for management here they are the problem. Maybe a district manager is the route to go. Do yourself a favor and go to Menards or the Woodbury Depot.

We made a purchase of a vanity that came with a huge scratch on the vanity top upon opening. We have been attempting to get it resolved for weeks. Itβs been 4 phone calls, multiple answers and getting directed elsewhere but saying βwe care about our customer satisfactionβ so you need to call xyz. Weβve had promised call backs from managers, not received. The time and effort has become exhausting and weβre still stuck with an unfinished bathroom for the holidays. We are very disappointed after this experience.

We shop here here fairly regularly, but recently did the kids workshop and it was so much fun! Whenever we shop here the staff is always helpful, which is great because the store is huge and it can be a challenge to find what your looking for sometimes. That being said, this place has everything you need for home improvement!

Looked at cabinet area, and staff was unwilling to help. Will not be back as I have no idea what Im doing, and this department is just sad. Thankfully got the help I needed at Menards and had a proper display of kitchens with products.
Apparently they can deliver house packages on a semi before covid but now I cant even get a couple thousand dollar order delivered they shuffled me around and they give excuses and put me on hold I will go somewhere else because they cant service people or contractors in my opinion anymore
