So it’s not the Michael’s that it used to be. I used to be able to walk in and pretty much guaranteed they have what I want but I went in there recently and actually ended up asking an employee if they were shutting down. It seems very empty, there are a lot of empty spaces on shelves and hooks. I build miniature scenes and I would go there to get what I need and they always had it, I went there last week and walked out with a bird,gnome, and a pack of pine trees because that’s all they had. It was very disappointing almost sad. They have a good selection if you are into painting and also if you are into bead jewelry making they are well stocked. It’s still worth going if for nothing else they have a large clearance section.

Employees do simply work, nothing close to provide customer service or at least a complimentary smile at checkout

Very good selection of supplies and the staff is super nice. Everything is pretty easy to find and the store is clean. Parking is good and they offer home delivery as well as curbside and in store pick-up.

I bought a sewing machine on the 23rd of April, today it is already the 4th of May and the website still says that they are preparing my order, I definitely do not recommend it.

So happy its open and 1hour feels like 5 minutes..

A lot of fun, most everything craft related and classes, good sales, coupons. Can be a bit overpriced. They generally give you a coupon or two with your register receipt, off framing, sometimes 40% off a regular priced item. Sign up for e-mails with more offers.

I love shopping at Michaels - hey why do they call it that? This store has everything under the sun whether or not you are a do it yourself person. I love to go in and browse around, you never know just what you will find. Plus the store coupons are great, easy to find and easy to use. If your a crafter you know just what I mean by Michaels being a one stop shop for all your crafting needs.

Michaels is a very good craft supplies store. It carries items for beginners, but mainly for experienced and expert crafters and artists. Prices are good and there are great deals. If you need a really wide selection of supplies, it is probably best to go to a store that specializes in just that area, but the selection is decent for the areas my wife and I are interested in.They also have workshops and lessons available.

Staff was very friendly. Prices are weird. Some stuff is a great price and some is just too much. Well lit.

I love this place. During my visit to the states, I only got to go here once but ended up spending a lot of money. They have a wide variety of craft supplies, stationery and home decor items. I felt like grabbing everything around me. Also, the staff members were very nice and helpful. For a aspiring artist, like me, this place was an absolute heaven. :)

This Michaels has an amazing selection of materials for projects you already have planned, and inspirations for new projects! Its easy to find what youre looking for, but also fun to browse the aisles for new ideas and little extras. The store is incredibly well organized and clean - you can tell that the employees pay attention to keeping it that way!

Best place for something to do! Any art project, models, picture framing or scrapbooking, whatever you prefer. Youll find something and its mostly reasonable pricing. Youd just be surprised whats considered expensive. They range from top of the line to store brand so whatever your price range, have some fun!

Its the usual Michaels. A bit lacking in the fabric and sewing areas, possibly because it got pushed out by holiday crafts (Halloween AND Christmas!). I will bet that those areas improve once the holiday nonsense goes back into storage.

I dont know where to start with this store and how disappointing my experience was. I havent been in a Michaels in a few years but I was looking for candle making supplies and I knew they sold them. First off the store was dead so I figured I should be able to get assistance easily,boy was I wrong. Not only did I have to find the aisle by myself when I found a clerk she said Ill be right back and never came back. Michaels has always been rather pricey but when you add on the lack of customer service it is easy to see why this store was dead. Its sad but with this experience I will probably never go back in that store.

Amazing place. Decorations, supplies for art, Swarovski, sewing machines, knits and wool. Clearance section is huge! Had my hapiest hour this week! 💃💙

Wide selection but not deep. This place is not for someone who wants really get into a particular craft out art. Its great for kids activities and the basics. They a frame shop too. I think its pricey but stand alone framing stores are probably even more so. If you sign up for there offers you do get some legit coupons in the mail, like 50% off.

I needed some fabric fusion tape to hem a dress, which they had in stock with various options. I was able to add a coupon to the purchase making it a great deal.

Whenever I do go to this location in Hudson Ma, the staff is helpful and kind. The cashiers are friendly and shows good work ethnic. It is pleasant to go into a craft store where it is organized and easy to find what you are looking for.

I do a lot of my own photo framing. This store is head-and-shoulders above my local Michaels in terms of stock, especially grab-and-go mats. I went here for the first time yesterday, and it is worth the 30-minute drive. Great friendly staff here as well!

Nice, newer store. Very good selection. Ample register staff keep lines moving and expedite check out.

Even with 50% off, many items are ridiculously overpriced. Furthermore, theyll put signs all over the place that say 50% off or similar sales, then when you get to the register theyll tell you it isnt on sale, and send someone to check before giving you the discount. Oddly, I noticed that all the staff are quiet and shy, and just seem bored, or oftentimes, rude. I only go here very rarely, during sales, when things are vaguely reasonably priced.

Good supply and selection of Sharpie pens. Mostly cheap stuff though. Would not recommend buying art supplies there. Weirdly large selection of artificial flowers.

Costumer service was okay. But other than that it was great. It was a bit hard to find every thing. But still, great selection of artist stuff.

Rude customer service. Very calmly trying to talk to the cashier about a price discrepancy and someone else came over and asked what the problem. Was told to calm down and that someone put the wrong sign on the wrong item but she was unable to show me the correct sign anywhere.

Great place to buy all craft supplies. Was a bit disappointed that I was in October 20 and they had all the Halloween things put away and Christmas set up.

It was all good but when I asked were the glue sticks were the said they are in the craft section. Isnt Michaels a craft store?

I had such great service in this Michaels!The canvas I wanted to purchase was very high up on the top of their shelving and I first I was hesitant to ask for help (I didnt want to be a bother) . But then a kind sales associate came over and asked if I was in need of assistance, and in less than a minute she had a ladder over to the aisle to get my item. I collected a few other needed things (including some bright acrylic paint, their color selection was vast) and headed over to the register.The cashier who rang me out was very friendly and even scanned in two coupons into my order! Yeah, two free coupons!! I thought I saw them being scanned in, but the cashier did not mention anything to me. When I overlooked my receipt I was shocked that someone would do a kind doing now a days without taking recognition for it.I left this store with a huge smile on my face. Not only was I given excellent customer service but I also saved money! I recommend this Michaels to any person with arts and craft needs.
