I had a very positive experience with Paint and Body Center in Hudson. I brought my SUV in after an accident. Mike was very professional and explained everything clearly. The repairs on my car took EXACTLY the amount of time they told me up front and I was kept informed during that time.About one month after, there was an unforeseen issue with my vehicle (NOT their fault). Mike once again guided me through the process flawlessly. Excellent experience!! If needed, I will definitely use their services again.

First, great job on the repairs, my car looked brand new after they completed their work. Second, they had great communication throughout the process, letting me know the process and the progress. I setup my first appointment online at the Body & Paint Center website and it was so easy to use. I received emails/text messages confirming my appointment. The entire site worked flawlessly and I was sent a text message the day of my appointment as well as notifying me when my appointment started. You are kept well informed with this site. Great job Tom on your website!Went in today to have my car appraised to repair dents on front and rear bumper area. I left my car and came back an hour later and Tom, the owner, came out to discuss the appraisal with me and my husband. Tom explained everything we needed and the reason why in great detail.We never felt any kind of pressure to get any unnecessary repairs like most shops. The estimate he quoted was reasonable and I will definitely recommend this shop to my friends should they require repairs.

My suv took a hit, along with 5 other vehicles, in a parking lot. The front bumper and all of the left side was damaged. Repairs completed a week early and my suv looked like new. Ive owned 17 new vehicles, had body work and custom paint done, and Body & Paint Center Of Hudson is as good as Ive seen. Very happy!

My experience was so positive and they were so professional I felt I had to leave review. I recently had another accident and just picked up my truck from Body & Paint Center and now I feel like I have to leave another glowing review.They seriously make the process so easy! Not only do they work with your insurance company, help you get a rental car, and do awesome work, when I picked up my truck the exterior was detailed and looked so sexy. It looked better than the day I picked her up from the dealer! Tom is a true professional and Velma is so helpful taking you through the process. You wont be disappointed!

I had been in a small car accident and brought my car to Body and Paint Center of Hudson for repairs. The whole experience was seamless even during the pandemic. The work was impeccable! Communication was excellent and the process was quick and easy with even the rental car available on site! I give them my highest possible recommendation!

I couldnt say enough good about them. We have been going to Toms for over 25 years and 7 cars later!  Their quality of work is amazing and there people are excellent to work with! He handles the appraisals and has Enterprise right in his building for rentals. We were super lucky to find him after having such bad experiences with a few dealers and another Auto Body. Nobody touches our cars but Toms place. Love them.

I was pleased with the communication during the scheduling and the actual repair process itself; I was contacted regularly with updates during the week my car was there.I ended up having some issues with the quality of the repair initially. I was worried about contacting them to raise my concerns at first; I was afraid my concerns may fall on deaf ears. But Tom, the owner (I believe), was extremely receptive to my concerns and promised me he would get it taken care of. Im glad to say that a few days later my car was fixed completely and they took care of all the issues. The repair is now perfect.Overall it was a great experience. Tom quelled any concern I had about using this shop in the future with his attentiveness during this process. Amazing experience with this shop. My car had been in a previous accident two years ago and I had gone to a different repair shop my insurance company recommended and they were terrible. My husband had work done here so I decided to go outside the preferred vendors of my insurance company and I was not disappointed. Outstanding customer service and follow up. Body and Paint worked closely with my Insurance Company and couldnt have my life any easier. After dealing with the stress of a car accident it was amazing to deal with the team there who immediately attended to getting my car towed to their office from an hour away and then proceeded to handle all communication with the insurance company and regularly updated me (twice a week) with the status of my repairs. They had estimated repairs would be done for 2/25 and they ended up calling me on 2/17 saying it was ready for pick up. They had me leave the rental car there and said they would contact Hertz to come get it. Highly Recommend these folks for any repairs you may need!!

Recently my car was towed to the body and paint center of Hudson for damages due to an accident. Mike who was the point person for us was wonderful, he went over above his job to help with my insurance company...who were horrible to deal with. He answered all of my questions and even called my insurance company to handle the issue about the rental I had even though it was a Friday and it took over an hour to get a person to talk to him. I highly recommend body and paint center of Hudson to anyone who needs body work done! Everyone is courteous and know what they are doing. Thank you to everyone there and especially Mike....you made the process less stressful knowing you were there fore, when my own insurance company didnt seem to be.

The entire process of working with Body and Paint Center (and Tom) from the initial assessment to completion was flawless. I wanted to get the car repainted to fix a lot of flaws, but Tom suggested that a buffing might resolve the bulk of the issues for a lot cheaper. He also suggested doing an interior detailing at the same time to complete the look of the car when done. The work took about 2.5 days to complete and I could barely recognize my X5 when I went to pick it up. It looked better than brand new. I highly recommend working with Body & Paint Center for all of your needs!

I had nicked a bulge in guard rail during a snow storm and wanted to fix my fender lips on the drivers side paying out of pocket. Just got my 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500 midnight edition back and all I can say is “WOW!!!” Being he midnight edition it’s obviously all black and black is probably the hardest color to match. Not only did they match it perfectly but it honestly looks better that the day I purchased it with 50 miles on it. It was done 5 days before they predicted too. Overall outstanding and exceptional work done! Highly recommend!

From the very first moment of interaction on the phone, until the completion of my service, I was continually impressed by the thoroughness of communication from the shop. There was never a moment when I was unsure about what was going on, and because of their professionalism, they were able to anticipate my questions and answer them before they were asked. That level of communication and service excellence translates directly to the work thats being done on the vehicle, seeing how well the front of the house was operating gave me great confidence that their shop operations were of equal quality. my truck was rear-ended by an 18-wheeler when I had only three thousand miles on it, and it took me a long time to find a shop that I felt was able to handle the level of repairs that were required to restore this truck back to new condition. The scope of work was pretty amazing, and the shop manager was willing to send me pictures occasionally, because it took almost a month to repair everything, considering waiting for some of the parts. The fit and finish of their work was outstanding, I have some experience with other body shops best work, and this far outdid anything Ive seen. I cant say enough good things about Dave, Tom, and the entire staff that supports them (I wish I remembered the receptionist name and I would credit her directly). Great shop, great people, putting out a great finished product. If you want peace of mind, this is the only place to take your vehicle if its been hit.

I needed a side mirror for a GMC truck. Unfortunately, the GM strike made it impossible to get the parts. The team at Body & Paint Center of Hudson went the extra mile. They located a used one in Oklahoma. When it was received in Hudson, they put me on the priority list. They really do a great job! I highly recommend this company.

Recently had both headlamps of my Audi reconditioned and had clear protective covers installed over headlamps to prevent future yellowing and damage. This was my second time using the shop for body work. In both instances, Tom and his team were professional and went out of their way to explain everything in clear detail. Their help in navigating insurance and eliminating surprises was amazing! The receptionist is exceptional - I messed up my drop off date and she was patient and understanding and went out of her way to get me rebooked with a rental the same day! I highly recommend them!

I came to the Body and Paint Center of Hudson after I was rear-ended. They made everything extremely easy and worked directly with my insurance company so my interaction with my insurance was actually pretty minimal (always a plus!). My car looks great and the work was done relatively quickly. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I was hoping for some kind of status update once they were able to properly assess my car. I received an email requesting my approval to move forward on their end, but I didnt get any other information until the work was done. It could just be that my car wasnt there that long, but I would have appreciated some kind of follow up.

I would have to say that this has been probably one of the easiest repairs I have ever had to deal with. I am a big fan of my insurance company but Im a bigger fan of this body shop. Their communication was the best I have seen out the the automotive industry which I worked in for several years. The workmanship is top quality and it was done fast. Dropped my truck off before I left for vacation. They took care of everything while I was away including contacting my insurance for the extra damage they discovered. Truck came out amazing. I got rear-ended the day before Thanksgiving, and my insurance company had Body & Paint Center Of Hudson listed as a recommended vendor, so I went there to get my car fixed. It took a while to get the job done, but it was worth the wait. They did a fantastic job both repairing my car and keeping me in the loop about status and scheduling. Nobody wants to have to have their car repaired, but if you need it, this is the place to have it done.

They fixed my bumper with a slight paint job. Then found a nail in my tire and patched it with no extra charges. Completely recommend them.

My wife and I have had several occasions to have body work done on our cars and each time we have selected the Body and Paint Center to do the work. Each time they have worked with us and our insurance company(they are on our insurance companys list of recommended local body shops) to ensure that the work was done right, on time and on budget. Each time our cars were returned to us in better condition than we could have hoped for. They also assisted with making arrangements for a rental car while the work was being done. On one occasion, we wanted the Body and Paint Center to do body work on my mothers car, which had been in a minor accident. After receiving the insurance appraisal estimate, when they started the work, they found several wear and tear issues with the car that could have amounted to several thousands of dollars more than the appraisal estimate or what the car was worth. They recommended not having the work done and scrapping the car. Their absolute integrity cost them a job but it saved my elderly mother thousands of dollars and possibly driving an unsafe vehicle. I cant speak highly enough of the whole team at the Body and Paint Center! Thank You!!

Body & Paint Center of Hudson did a fantastic job repairing the right front fender of my 2009 Accord. They took great care to blend the door and hood to match the fender and it looks brand new. they also completed the job on time and worked with the insurance adjuster to get all of the additional damage repaired beyond the initial insurance estimate.

No one wants to be in a position where they have to get their car repaired but if it has to happen, this is where you want to be! My insurance company was quick about getting an estimate done. I took the car to Body and Paint and they found a few more things the adjustor didnt see. They dealt with the insurance and getting the estimate updated and got the work done. They kept in touch every step of the way. I never had to wonder if the insurance update was done, would they cover it, how far along repairs were, when they anticipated it being doneﾅﾅ.nothing.
