Great, honest customer service. I needed a battery for my 86 Vanagon (which as a bonus, they did have in stock), but it had been sitting on the shelf for a couple years. The gentleman working straight up told me it was two years old, but that he would knock 50% off the price and that it would still be under warranty from the day I bought it. Again, great and honest customer service.

He is so considerate like thinking from my point, like thinking about whether the price is acceptable, checking supplies thoroughly as if he was looking for that. And he offered me discount! Ive been treated as a family member here! Its so great! And also, Brian has offered a great help in finding supplies in stock. They are all very friendly! And also, the environment is very good and clean! The experience is perfect! Highly recommend this store! Ill definitely come to this store next time!

They had the parts I wanted in stock, but when I went to buy online I got a Napa server error and I couldnt complete the purchase or use my savings code. I choose store pickup and they had it ready when I got there, but when I got back home I realized that one of the two brake calipers was damaged AND missing the crush washers! I should have checked them before I left the store, but they shouldnt be selling defective and incomplete parts!

Stopped in as I was leaving on my Goldwing for Chicago and realized I was 1/3 quart low on Amsoil Metric oil. These guys THANKFULLY had some, but more importantly, the guy was FUNNY AS HELL and made the whole experience of something as simple as buying 2 quarts of Amsoil the most WONDERFUL experience Ive had! Bunch of happy goofballs! YOU GUYS ROCK!

Riley and Ian were an awesome help for a part that cost less than 5 dollars. Came in shortly before they closed but they never rushed me and took extra time to make sure I got the right part! Some of the best service I have ever received in any purchase!

Bought 2 Carlyle Napa 3.5 ton jacks one worked for 1 project and then stopped lifting returned it and the other one didn’t work at all, I returned that and am still waiting on money to be returned to my account. Was less than impressed over the last 6 months or so of coming in with staff and numerous issues with tools. Almost all of their stuff is insanely over priced especially oil filters and misc little stuff and am just greatly unimpressed with the entire store I will not be going back!

Excellent service! Im not very well-versed when it comes to a car related fixes, but the staff here helped me find exactly what I needed at an affordable price. Randy in in particular was very personable and heled me find and install the parts I needed.

I would like to thank the driver in the Napa vehicle for running the yellow light by the hospital yesterday. If he hadnt ran it I would have missed the birth of my child, (I was right behind him) as soon as I got into the room my buetiful baby was just starting to make its way into the world.

First off Brandon is a life saver. I came in looking for AN fittings but said that they dont carry them, no where had them. But Brandon asked me if it was being used to carry oil, and yes it was. So he said JIC hydraulic fittings are the same thing but not as pretty, mainly because they can only go on a hydraulic hose. So he made me a hose and saved my weekend. Thank you!

I visited this store tonight with a broken hydraulic hose. The gentleman behind the counter quickly found me the correct hose and fittings and had me on my way within 15 minutes. Saved my day!

Its your standard auto parts store. They had the stuff I needed in stock. Random impulse purchases in the front. Go to the counter, tell counter guy I need this (thingie). They type on their computer. Wander back to the stacks in the back, and come back with said thingie.

They made sure I got the right part and were willing to check with my vehicle to make sure it was the correct skew.

They had the part that I needed, it all good

They know there stuff. And they will ask the workers for help if necessary. Always willing to figure out your parts needs.

About to go on a roadtrip and both my wipers got ripped. I stopped in for replacement blades and spent 20 mins trying to get one off because the old clip was broken. I went back in and there was 3 guys behind the counter and I asked if they could help me and they all said no. I had to take my car over to autozone. They happily helped me fix my blade in about 3 minutes even though i bought the part here. Never again.

Almost the entire staff gives you attitude when talking to them. They act like you are a burden to them by coming in the store and asking for help. Even talking to them on the phone is irritating. The only Napa Knowhow Ive gotten here is the advice to never come back. Dont waste your time here when theres a great Oreillys or Autozone down the street.

Randy, went above and beyond to help me get my Chevy pickup truck on the road. It’s nice for a change to have a guy who works at the auto parts store that knows vehicles and their parts!

Poor service and attitude every time i go in therefor hydro hoses they dont want to make them or dont have the parts then he says i only have one fitting and they wont use my hose and put a end on it my company does a lot of business wirh napa but will not be any more

I would like to give brandon a shout out because he is a life saver. I came in looking for a tcl solenoid for my 2000 Cummins yesterday and after talking to him I found out it was most likely not my sensor, but the wires that run along by the alternator. He told me for a cheap fix to re route the wires and to rap them in foil, I did exactly what he said and it worked, my shuttle shifting issue is fixed. For a guy at a part sore he knows his diesels

People here treat you like family, highly recommend....

Replaced 2 wrench sets under warranty

Bought a pair of batteries for my truck in February of 2016,they went bad so instead of taking them in right away I tried several other options first,alternator,starter,check for direct power draws,then finally purchased a new pair of batteries from OReilly auto parts,problem solved,so I take the batteries into napa in Hudson where they were originally purchased and they put a scanner on each one(not a load tester)and say oh they are perfectly fine and we cant warranty them anyway because they were purchased in February of 2012(not the case at all)poor customer service all around,OReillys will get my business from now on

Just got a qoute for a blower fan available online for 30 dollars... ryen the friendly napa rep quoted me 135... I said you can buy this online for 30 and hed have to do better... he said ... ok cool then slammed the phone down on me...This is a great place to get ripped off. Id do research before letting them sell you anything... there parts are aftermarket just like anywhere else.Thanks for your friendly service ryen!
