Quick and efficient oil change. They recommended 2 services for my car based on mileage with reasonable prices. I have been going to this location for about 10 years without any issues and would highly suggest my friends to go there.

I have been going to Meineke in Hudson, NH for at least 20 or more years and always treated with respect. Every service needed was explained clearly, and the reason why! I own a 2001 Toyota and it is still preforming very well, so they must be doing something right!

Went in because I developed a leak in one of my tires on a Saturday afternoon when many repair shops were already closed. They took me in and showed me that I had a puncture in the sidewall edge of the tire that could not be safely fixed. I elected to replace two tires since both tires were getting long on miles. They were able to get me two new tires, install and balance them within an hour and a half. Thank you Sabrina for saving my day.

Made appt for oil change online next time available was 24 + hrs out. Checking in at 3:24 was quick and friendly mentioned I had a coupon, but they had a better deal on their sign went with that deal. At about the 50 min mark, they texted a service write up of oil change and basic inspection with repair recommendations, Checked out at 4:44 I discussed those with service manager declined those repairs for now and paid for the oil change. Good Value, friendly staff.

Second time using this location and they did not disappoint. I just got an oil change which you would would say is pretty basic but it’s what surrounds you experience is what makes it. Sterling is the absolute best. When I came in I was hoping he would be there because of his friendly professional manner.

The team they have working behind the desk is amazing, they bend over backwards to help you. They will definitely get my return business.

So I would say A+ for friendliness and customer service. However took 1.5 hrs for an inspection? That’s my car being inside on lift. Very comprehensive but yeah my car is older so obviously after all that time they will find things so my car didn’t pass. I appreciate the thoroughness but I just wanted my car inspected not a full work up of everything it needs or will need. Brought elsewhere and it passed and it only took 20 minutes which is what I’m accustomed to.

I called for an inspection and got in same day and they sent pictures of the good and the questionable. This was amazing to see- this to me means they werent trying to upsell me on anything. A trustworthy team is so important! Will totally call them in the future.

I have used this Meineke care center and feel very comfortable with my car care each and every time. Marc discusses any issues with the car, shows me pictures, and informs me what that part of the car does and why the repairs are needed or important. I always feel confident with the work and feel it is very reasonably priced. I will always continue to utilize this Meineke care center because of their great customer service. I highly recommend this center due to their professionalism and car knowledge.

Great experience for a first-time! Marco worked with my car, he took the time to check every inch of my car in addition to the state inspection. He brought me out into the bay and covered some things with me that he noticed and had estimates prepared so I could get a glimpse at what they would cost! They provided me with a loaner vehicle so i could still get to work and then back home. My vehicle was ready the next day as promised. My first visit to Meineke in Hudson, NH was for a traditional oil change. I was very impressed with the overall process, which included a comprehensive inspection of my vehicle that included photos of every step involved. It gave me a strong sense of confidence in the shop because of the transparency of information. That can certainly be a bit of a black hole with other service shops. This was a welcomed change and I will certainly be back for my next service!

I called ahead to the Nashua location for a state inspection because I live over an hour away and wanted to make sure I wasnt making the drive in vain. When I arrived, they mentioned that they didnt think they could get to it because there was a worsening snow storm, and they were planning to send people home early (fair enough). They called around and got me an appointment at another one of their shops just around the corner. I really appreciated the customer service and willingness to save me another trip. The service itself was great as well.

I got an oil change for my car here. They were very friendly, professional and quick. I dont know much about cars and they were very informative. The oil change came with a car inspection. It was extremely detailed and anything I didnt understand, they explained to me.

I like going to this Meineke because theyre always straight up with me. They will kindly outline whats necessary right now vs. what can wait, so I never feel pressured to do everything, and I dont feel like theyre just out to take my money, like other car service places.

I would give zero stars if I could. I went in for a state inspection over the weekend and my car passed. While driving home the check engine, trac off, and 4WD light came on. I called back asking what occurred during the inspection that could cause these lights to come on. An appointment was made for 2 days later for them to check the code. I was suspicious of the timing of these lights coming on, so I had it checked elsewhere the next day. They found that the vacuum hose was disconnected under the hood and cleared the code. They said it never should have been touched during a state inspection and mentioned someone else had a similar issue with this Meineke location and there was suspected tampering so the individual would come back and pay more.

They provide detailed state inspection report to your phone.

I went for an inspection. I just moved to NH. The report I got with pictures of my vehicle was incredible. The people working the reception area were great too. I will definitely be coming back for more services.

Took my car to them for a tire rotation and balance. They were very friendly and welcoming (Im a new customer). The only complaint I have is that they didnt pump my tires with air, which they said they would do. Otherwise all is well.

The gentleman at the service counter was professional, informative and very friendly. I was there for an oil change and inspection sticker. At the last minute I ask if they could also check the a/c and he added it to the work order with no problem. Upon completion I received a text with info about the service, including pictures. The gentleman ask if i had received the text and did I have any questions or concerns. Overall a great experience

I live in Manchester. I had had a problem trusting the people who worked on my car. One place tried to make me buy a battery for my car AFTER they replaced the alternator. I said no. He said hed check it again. Turned out I didnt have to replace it he told me.I trust the team at Meineke in Hudson, even though I live 30 minutes to get my car serviced its absolutely worth the drive. They also recently replaced my serpentine belt. They did it $35.00 LESS than a quote I received at another place.They took me right away because I had an elderly gentleman with me.I RESPECT and TRUST them IMPLICITLY !

Dropped a car off for inspection saturday morning, told to pick it up by the end of the day. Never received a call about the vehicle, and on sunday its locked in the shop that wont be open until Monday. Have to work on Monday, HUGE inconvenience.UPDATE: They didnt charge us for the inspection and apologized for the mistake. While the initial interaction was rough, they were professional and respectful in rectifying the situation.

Its a clean site and staff are considerate and professional. What I really like is the text message I got in the waiting area with the full report of my services and recommendations, including pictures. I drive extra miles to come to this site. They definitely do not overcharge! My windshield wipers were $43 but when I seen the quality of them it didnt bother me at all.

I had scheduled an appointment today for car state inspection, left my car at the shop, and told to the receptionist, Ill be waiting here, walking around. I came back in an hour and found my car was not taken care of yet and even more. The receptionist told me its not going to be ready in an hour and a half. Why I had to wait for so long and why he couldnt tell me in advance I dont know. Its just not the customer service I like. Ill never come back, absolutely no respect for customers.

They were polite professional. There fees are high for mechanical work. Need some break work and did comparison to a dealership. The dealership is usually highest cost and they beat Meineke even with 50% off breaks.

Quality was fine but I went in to get get rotors and pads replaced for the very first time. I didn’t look up average cost before hand so I didn’t really know what the typical price was. Ive been to multiple Meinekes in the past and they always make me feel as if I can trust them. After getting my car back and paying double what I should have I looked up average cost of rotors and pads and now I feel I got completely ripped off. I will not be going back. DO NOT GO HERE FOR BRAKE REPLACEMENT. Get a quote at least and compare to other mechanics.

WOULD NOT GO HERE AGAIN.Went in for an inspection sticker, with no lights on on the dash, for my 2011 Chevy Silverado. After their “thorough, bumper to bumper inspection,” they failed me. They told me I had upward of 3-4000 dollars worth of work to do. Leaks here, brake jobs there. They even offered a loaner car while they did the work. While I was sitting I. The waiting room waiting for what I expected to be a good sticker, a woman came in and said “I have been spending 500 a month on repairs here...it’s like another car payment, for three months, I can’t afford any more repairs”. That tells me everything I need to know about a place. When the person working behind the counter realized people were listening to this woman, he said “oh, no, you should be all set now...” she said “I better be”. This is the epitome of the corporate office’s golden egg, which translates to an absolute ripoff to the consumer. The worst part is all of the piddly things that didn’t need immediate attention is now listed as needing repairs in New Hampshire, which blackballs me because anywhere I go, that report will show up. It’s absolutely FILTHY practice. Those things were NOT safety violations, and could have been a conversation for repairs over the next six months. I absolutely intend to find out how many more people this has happened to, and their own Facebook page reviews shows that this same thing has happened to at least two other people.

Marc does a great job getting the job done with the highest quality and integrity. His staff is friendly and the price they quote you is the price you pay. They also email the work they do with a comprehensive breakdown to give you the peace of mind that the work they quote you is getting done as quoted and in a timely manner. Wonderful experience!
