Cant recommend this place enough. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and willing to help sort through issues, even if it means doing the work myself. He always recommends trying everything possible before bringing my car in and paying money. But even when I do bring it in, they have the lowest prices around.

I was referred to this shop…I called and spoke with Steve I explained to him that I knew what was wrong with the car, after telling him he gave me a quote right then he explained he was 2 weeks out but I could have the car towed there. We had contact after the car arrived and he said he may have time to take a look at it the next day . I got a call from him 2DAYS after it arrived and it was all fixed and exactly at the estimate he gave!!! I would recommend this shop to everyone that needs work done on an Audi .. this will be our shop ongoing .

Great servicing at River City Autowerks, had my timing belt and components replaced on my 2006 Jetta TDI. This shop won’t rob you like a dealership will and they do specialized and professional work, owner is great guy and gave me some pointers on owning a TDI and what to look for maintenance wise. Will definitely be returning to River City Autowerks for whatever I can’t do myself.

I meant to write a review about a month ago, had my oil change done thru this shop and Steve was very thorough and honest. Few weeks later I had left a message with concerns about my car making a high pitch noise when sitting idle and Steve had called me back first thing the next morning to tell me that he knows what the cause of my noise was, when I called him back, I was surprise that he didnt just say bring it in, and Ill fix the issue for you, instead, he advised me to contact an Audi dealership and give them my VIN# as I may have warranty on my vehicle due to emissions, as it turned out, it was exactly what he knew what was wrong with my car AND I did have warranty for the issue which I was so elated to know. I cant say enough how appreciative I was with his honesty and guidance, also, the dealer tried to inform me that I had a slow leak in my radiator hose and had given me a quote to fix which I about flipped, so I called Steve to not only thank him for his guidance but to also let him know that the dealer was saying I needed to replace my hose and it would cost over $500 to fix, when he heard that we set up a time so he can check it out, as it turned out, I do NOT have a leak in my hose. I, myself work for an auto dealer so I see how auto shops try to get people sometimes. I will only have Steve and River City Autowerks work on my vehicle only. He is fair in pricing, honest, and the work is outstanding, and most of all, local businesses such as River City deserves as much business as possible. Thank you Steve for your honesty and for your guidance. Ill see you soon when its time for my next oil change. If I could give you more than 5 stars I would!!

The service at Rivercity Autowerks cannot be beat anywhere in the cities. Honest hardworking techs who never try to up sell customers with unnecessary repairs. In fact on numerous occasions I have been told to wait until the next oil change for a specific repair item. I brought my car here after spending a lot of money at the dealer to fix an issue, only to have it resurface a few weeks later. Steve looked at it and fixed it with a $15 dollar part. Not only does a customer experience personal service but I know Steve and his service staff identify early signs of potential issues and when repairs are needed, they get it done in a very timely matter. As an Audi owner I like that Autoworks focus in this model.

For routine maintenance and minor repairs of our Audi, Rivercity Autowerks has done excellent work at a lower price compared to Audi dealerships and other euro car shops. I will continue to take my Audi for jobs that are too big for me to DIY.

If there was a zero star option thats what I would rate this company. We brought a 98 Jetta TDI here a few months back and not only did they break plastic piece from the motor and did not claim responsibility for but they didnt even fix the head gasket that I told them was the issue. They diagnosed, broke stuff, didnt fix the issue, charged us for all of that, and then a week later the motor blew due to no coolant because the head gasket. Then when we called them to let them know what happened they yelled at us and said it was our problem. Terrible mechanics, terrible customer service, and definitely do not stand behind there work. NEVER GO HERE!
