Sales people at Sally’s at Highland Commons exceptional

The girls here are amazing!!! very helpful and also very polite and respectful. They always have what i need and if not they know what will work similarly for me. This is one of the few I shop at all the time ! I love this store ! Hudson Sally’s is the best !!!

Everyone at Sally’s (Hudson, MA) is always very pleasant and helpful... I love Casey the manager and her employees, one being Holly and all the other employees as I don’t know all their names!! Every time I go in everyone always greets me with a hello and can I help you with any thing today. If I respond no I always get an ok no worries just let me know if you change your mind. The manager there Casey has made quite a difference there I’ve noticed. I used to go out of my way and go to Marlborough about a year ago cause the employees at the time seemed to not care or had an attitude. But in the times I’ve gone back hoping it’d be different it definitely has been and I tell everyone how helpful the staff is and how I have not been disappointed since I have gone back with new management and staffing. Love Sally’s in Hudson! If I could I’d give them a 10/10 (:

Sally’s employees greeted me right away super kind and friendly and asked if I needed help. Showed me the product I needed and was on my grand old way. Definitely coming here again!

They are nice and trying their best with this pandemic. Hoping that they will be open again for browse shopping.

I went on Wednesday, they supposed to close at 7PM and they closed at 6:20.

They helped me find everything I needed and they were really nice! Definitely going back to this Sallys in the future 😁

Sally’s in Hudson is an amazing store Acacia and Reannah are very helpful and help me find the best products for me to use there customer service is off the charts and I love the store!!!

I absolutely give them 10 🌟 stars for exemplary customer service, and product knowledge. The 🚺 ladies are by far funny and always ask me if I found everything I was looking for? Im overwhelmed when I step in because of the 101 different shampoos and conditioners to choose from and also I do want to 👃 smell like a fragrant coconut...Im drawn to scents and they have a plethora of them to choose from.. This is a must stop destination for health and beauty debutants alike...

Greeted right away, place is very clean, and the woman working was very helpful, walked meTo what I was asking about and offered a few different options based on my preferences. Fun store to be in, for sure.

The attendants are always helpful and kind. Whenever I ask for there opinions on products they always give me their honest opinion and steer me in the right direction

This is my GO TO location. I had been going to Marlboro for years and loved Casey. When she got relocated to hudson, I immediatly started shopping at hudson instead. Her customer service is phenomenal. No matter how many people are in the store, when she sees me come in she always makes sure to say hello, and lets me know she is there if and when I need her. Now I know my way around hair color, and knowing this she lets me look, and will check on me to make sure I am ok, let me know about products she know I would love, and always knows exactly what I need. I absolutely adore Casey, the store manager if the hudson location.

Honestly theres pretty terrible customer service here. First I walked in and the boy behind the counter, he was tall and had pink in his hair, asked me what I was looking for and I replied just some press on nails. I knew where they were, and walked over to them myself, and all of sudden there he was. While I browsed the options he stood there nearly 3 inches from me and hovered. He gave me some advice on how to do nails. I thanked him and went to the register, where there were 2 other girls, both employees, sitting on the countertop. The boy asked me if I had a pro card, and I asked if they still accept the CosmoProf professional card, as I am a licensed cosmetologist. He said no but we can sign you up. I said no thats okay I can put my moms number in so she gets the credit. The phone number didnt go through and he asked me again if I wanted to sign up and I replied again no thank you I dont shop here often. The two girls chimed in and began berating me on why wouldnt I need discounts and its easy to sign up. I said no really thats okay I dont need to. The three employees went silent, and just looked at me. The boy pushed me my change and I said thank you have a good day and got no reply. This furthers my recommendation to not only the public in general, but also to my salons clientele, to never step foot in here.
