Attentive front desk that listens when you talk. As a woman who knows a bit about cars, its nice to be treated well. I hate having to call out an employee who tries to pull the wool over my eyes. Ive been here a few times and will continue to give them my business.

New store - offered me a very competitive price on two new front tires for my minivan, so I thought I try it out (early June, 2020).Went back a month later when I realized that they had accidentally cross-threaded one of the nuts on the wheel stud, stripping the bolt. They couldnt have been more helpful and polite - installed a brand new stud ($100 job) for free in about 25 minutes. Responsive, professional, and took full responsibility for the error. Mistakes are bound to happen - how a business responds shows a companys true values. I was impressed, and will continue to use this location (have four vehicles).

I just called Firestone Auto service on RT 91 in Hudson Ohio to see what they would charge to mount my 4 new tires to my set of rims and then balance the tires as well. Antonio said, yeah, we actually dont do that.I was speechless. I thought maybe I dialed the wrong number. I asked Antonio if this is Firestone Im talking to and he said yes. I said this is Firestone auto service and you dont mount tires? He said something like they have to be new and branded? I told him they ARE new tires!Then I just said, you know what - there are many service places all around Hudson, you cannot have my business at this point.This was my first contact with this service center since they opened and certainly will be my last.

Excellent overall experience! Whoever says that about an auto repair shop? I’m saying it here! Everyone I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable, efficient from start to finish!

Took care of my issues and were super accommodating. Had a blowout 2 hours from home amd will be taking my truck here from now on for tire services.

Not impressed with my first and now last visit. They must be fairly new? Read the first 6 reviews, it is obvious they are from the employees and family or friends trying to pump them up. They need it...

Checked alignment and four new tires in less then an hour!

Stopped in here unannounced on my way to work when my tire light came on. They brought me in immediately and showed me the giant piece of metal stuck in my tire. Luckily they had a replacement there for me and had me back on my way in 45 minutes! The employee even showed me several options instead of just trying to sell me the most expensive tire, knowing I was in a bind. This friendly staff definitely will see me again for my next set of tires!
