Yup again only one actual person working register….this store is the worst. But sadly they had someone we needed. They had someone putting paper bags at this register instead of actually having her work a register. Makes zero sense. I refuse to check myself out, I don’t work there, you get zero discount, prices have gone up, I see less workers, more chaos, cluttered messy store. Self check outs = more jobs they said 😂😂😂😂

Many thanks to Cathy @ the self checkout. Her patience and grace helped a grumpy guy using a cranky cash register at checkout. She never flinched at my frustrations, looked me in the eye and showed me that she cared about me. I hope she enjoys her job and receives proper support from her team because she is excellent at what she is doing.

Literally, everything that you need for your home (think fruits, vegetables, food fresh and frozen, bakery, dairy, cleaning supplies, toys, books, house appliances and on and on it goes).If you like fresh produce though, its just not impressive. It has the basics - and very often they run out of some nice things (basil, cilantro, peppers) - but they squeeze in some organic options.My go-to for sure.

Its decent for a Walmart. A lot of times though what Im looking for isnt stocked on the shelf. Another issue I have is finding an employee that speaks English to ask where I might find a certain product. Yet not one employee I ask ever seems to know.

Good Walmart. Plenty of parking. Staff all masked. Most consumers are masked. Pretty much has anything one would need or want. I bought several long-sleeved River Driver shirts, 2 packages of Sargento thin- sliced cheese, 3-pk chocolate chip cookies, 12-pk of Diet Pepsi, area rug and an inexpensive analog watch.

2 registers open, long lines, it was ridiculous, in a Saturday??place a packed,ppl obviously doing early Christmas shopping,,no one wants to work,??? So many unemployed? Jobs available everywhere? I dont understand the mentality,,,its not the businesses fault,, the PEOPLE DONT WANT TO WORK!

I really like shopping at this location. I usually find everything I need and the fruits quality is getting better every time. I just don’t understand why is it so difficult to get customer services there. They are never available and when we finally find one, they act like they have no idea of what’s been asked.

Their fantastic prices should not supersede jobs.All the cashiers have been tossed aside and now you must show your receipt after you give them your hard earned money, walked all the way to the back for milk, checked and bagged what you paid for to what end?Watch out even the security guy can be replaced.

I personally really like this store they usually have everything in stock. My favorite 2 spots are the as seen on tv and clearance aisles. It is a bit tough sometimes to get help from someone because they are usually short staffed. Its clean you can always check out almost immediately because of all the checkout options and there is a subway in the store.

Talk about HORRIBLE customer service not only are they extremely slow even though you have to do self check out half the time u can’t find anyone around to assist you. Then the man at the door demanding you to hand over your receipt in the middle of COVID touches hundreds of people receipt not washing his hands or sanitizing after, and when you refuse automatically they have a attitude you can look at my receipt not touch it. Picks and chooses who’s receipt he looks at happens to always be someone of raise talk about being raises. I will be calling corporate as well!

Very clean as I walked in employees were doing their job did not see not one employee just standing there they were all moving around and working which is very good for the location means there are no lazy workers well organize found what I needed very easily was the second time I came to this location so it was kind of easy because I already had an idea where my item was but very organized overall great location keep up the good work

The rudest front end staff ever. Everytime I come the front end staff seem to go above and beyond to be rude. Ive had a cashier throw something Im buying on the floor, 8ve gone and there have been not 1 cashier and I have a carriage full. Today I rang all my stuff up in self check out... no sign saying no cash... the guy suspended my transaction and had me go to the back of a very long line to pay.

I like honest responses to these reviews. So heres mine I ordered online drove over to the store to pick up my order... that was simply, quick and easy... within 5 minutes I had my purchase.Now I had ordered two items and took a look one of the two wasnt what I needed.....my issues I knew one wasnt going to be correct. Inside I go returning was simple once I got to the counter....one associate 3 customers ahead of me with very detail refunds....that was a 15 minute wait. But again once I reached the counter the associate processed the transaction quickly.I wanted to purchase more of the correct product so I walked the store then went to the front end to ask an associate where I might find it... Im not going to walk you thru what happened but lets just say.. if hes the spokesman for Walmart its no wonder why I dont shop there on a regular basis.First he was rude and when I explained in detail and ask if maybe it might be in the warehouse his response was the backroom is too mess and unorganized to find thisSo I left the building knowing that this had to be somewhere in the building since I had placed my order after 3:00 pm with a 6:30pm pick up time.I sat in my car and went on line to order more. . oh look it told me where to find it in the store...back inside I go and yes there it was sitting on the shelve. Now just so you all know Walmart is now the only store that carries Wilton frosting and cake decorating items... no more at Michaels...or Hobby Lobby. . Ill just order on line in the future.

It is amazing that Walmart is so big.... They have 50 employees in the store but only two registers open.Soooooo, I tried their online shopper. I am happy with the results. Accurate and on time. Simply go to the designated area in the parking lot, (awning with signs) and call and say youre there. Less than five minutes and they come with bags and even put them in my vehicle.I was informed of the no tipping policy.That isnt how I personally roll. I gave the guy $5. Yeah I know, big spender..... The guy was VERY appreciative. He mostly deals with typical Walmart people that can be demanding when they have power to boss around someone....All in all a good experience.

I do not understand why the pharmacy at Hudson Mass Walmart closes between 1:30 to 2. This is a big store and cannot believe that they could not effectively and economically figure out how to staff around lunches. Very very inconvenient and frustrating.

Ive had some physical problems so shopping is already a challenge. But when I went to check out only 2 lines had a actual cashier out of 15. I needed help checking out and there was none I had no choice but to leave my basket and go home empty handed!!!!

Honestly, it’s a Walmart. One where there’s more people working than you could imagine, and shelves and racks emptier than you’d like to see most of the time. Not sure if this is due to supply chain issues with the pandemic, but the mens department was empty most of the summer. Pretty annoying if I’m being honest. Same with other areas throughout the year. A lot of hardworking and friendly folks up front though! And a pharmacy that takes the hassle out of picking up prescriptions.

This place is a “hit or miss” at times I find what I need quickly. Other times I have to search the store just to find an employee!

Service is horrible ..employess are not trained properly on how to fix issues especially in grocery pick up ... Store never answers the phone and manager never comes when requested . Ive had issues 5plus times and has never been resolved unless I contact Wal-Mart.com

Be careful parking in this parking lot a shopping cart may hit your car. I feel like this location has a small variety of stuff. The employees are hard to find when needing assistance The carts are always in the parking lot I had to go back outside to get a cart and they have an employee standing at the entrance.

Its a Walmart. The whole point is that if you have been to any Walmart, ever, anywhere, all of them feel similar, if not identical.The parking is adequate, and theres almost always a handicap spot up front, for those with a tag.Theres nothing unusual inside, which is good. It meets the objective.This one has switched over to mostly self-checkout lanes, if thats what you want. Theres only a few cashier lanes left, but usually one will have a cashier.

Only self checkout. A lot of products didnt have pricing spent time a few times finding the price checker.

I there was an option for zero stars I would pick it. the service was terrible and I couldnt even get one staff to come help me with my simple question. It was super dirty and the fish in the tanks were dead and clearly not taken care of. Walmart has lost of things but the things they have arent good. They suck, DONT GO TO WALMART.

I am giving this a 2 star because of the plowing there is barely any parking and still patches in the parking lot. Then you have were the garden places is where there is no lighting at all its pitch black out in the parking lot and this was very disappointing to come see.

The pharmacy was ok. The produce was more expensive than a normal grocery store. It had a large selection of foods, clothing and other items.

This Supercenter seemed to be limited on items they had on stock. And the staff werent very helpful when asked for help trying to find things that we were looking for.

This walmart is very clean and you can tell they take extra time at night to wipe the shelves down. The associates are kind and warm and make you feel at home. My only issue was the checkout registers could have been cleaner, but I’m sure they’ll get to that.

To start no carts at the entry the ones outside were covered in snow. At the register no paper bags for groceries, the costumers were very upset including me. ☹

Alot of store have closed but its a fair mall . Need more sneaker stores

Easily the worst walmart pick up experience of the 100 online orders Ive done.First, I arrived and there were only 2 other cars waiting so it wasnt crazy busy, despite this I waited over 35 minutes before getting my order.I called twice but no one answered. Someone came out once to fill an adjacent car but never even walked up to me to ask me my name or tell me my order would be out soon. Eventually I had to wave someone down when they came out. I said Id been waiting over 30 minutes and she asked my name. I told her and she looked at her device and then just walked away. Just walked the F away...... No acknowledgement that hed heard me, no telling me just another minute she just walked away.Also, order was rediculous. Many items had their own bag. Does a single can of coconut milk need an entire paper bag to carry it???When I asked about recycling them onsite no one could point me to where to do this...I ordered a green pepper and got possibly the smallest green pepper Id ever seen. I ordered tomatoes on the vine and got a single tomatoe.Ordered some chocolate and they claimed to be out. I walked in and found it myself...Cant recommend this location.

This one is not great . Selection of regular products is ok. Produce is very hit or miss, with miss being more likely. Forced to self checkout 99% of the time since they are so cheap that they dont even hire cashiers anymore.

So this is a wal-mart I cost several times a week because I am a personal shopper for 72 people. Lately this wal-Walmart is out of everything. They havent had lysol in months. Their shelves are always bare which is very frustrating when u have to go to other stores or do many trips. I will say the staff are awesome. Very helpful & make you feel at home.

The Walmart was fairly clean, but a lot of the shelves were empty even for produce and supplements around 6 o’clock. I would have expected the shelves to be more stocked now they weren’t as this is a supercenter.

Many employees walking around pretending to be busy, while totaaly immersed in their personsl smart phone activities; way out of control. Not a single cashier was on duty, forcing me into the chore of self- checkout. Not a fun shopping experience, but the prices are the best value for the consumer.
