Ive been shopping at this store for at least 12 years. It is my go-to shop when I need to update my wardrobe each season. The owner always remembers me and knows what I like, she gives me time to browse the store quietly, and she is great with suggestions. I always leave with the store with a great collection of quality brands in perfect condition that I would not be able to afford at full price. Im a customer for life! (Plus, I just think Mel is cool and stylish and fun to talk to!)

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE. The owner, Melanie, is so genuine and helpful. Her ability to cater towards everybody and anybody is amazing. Every time I come into the shop, Melanie finds me the best pieces. The selection of clothing, purses, and shoes is excellent. BEST consignment shop in the area for sure. If youre in Hudson, you must stop into Classic Additions. I cannot rave enough about this place, and the workers.

I discovered this place about 15 years ago when I was in Hudson. Stopped in to check it out as there isnt/wasnt any really cool consignment stores that I could find. I bought a few pieces and they have become my favorite stand-bys. Even after all these years I still get compliments whenever I wear them. :-)So, whenever I am in Hudson this is one of those stores I make a point to stop in and browse. Most days I get lucky and find something really cool, others...well it just wasnt my day to spend money.Stop by and check it out...you wont be disappointed.

I absolutely love shopping here. There’s a great mix of clothing, with high end items such as Eileen Fisher and everyday, elevated brands like Free People and Lululemon. You can tell that the owner has discerning taste both for what will sell in our area and what’s up to date, because there’s always about 6 things I want to buy! What’s better is that this consignment shop actually has real deals, and completes really well with online thrifting sites, while some brick and mortar shops really up charge you. The owner is really lovely, and even though I’ve only been there a few times over the last few years, knows my name and even remembered where I worked even though I hadn’t seen her in months. Overall, this is my favorite consignment store in Northeast Ohio, and as someone who really aims to be an only secondhand consumer, that’s saying a lot!

My daughter and I tried this store a couple times. The first time, we were looking for a Homecoming dress for her, and the owner/manager was extremely rude and snobby. Just her manner of speaking to us was cold and abrupt. We left without buying anything.After reading reviews on the store, and seeing reviews that praised the customer service, I decided the owner must have been having a bad day when we were there, and so we went again.This time, we also asked about how the consignment part works, because wed ended up buying my daughters Homecoming dress at Nordstroms ($180). And since she only wore it once, and wasnt going to wear it again, thought maybe we could put it on consignment.The owner/manager was again extremely rude to us - letting us know that she didnt accept dresses that cheap. (She takes dresses that are $300 or more.) Which is fine. I understand if our Nordstroms dress was too off the rack for her store. But the way that she spoke to us was beyond the pale. I was appalled at her lack of manners and judgmental attitude.Im very puzzled about how some people found her to be good at customer service. Must be a case of Jekyll/Hyde. But she really is a horrible woman, in our opinion.**************************As evidenced by the response from the owner, below, I stand by my review of her customer service skills, or lack thereof. I hope she realizes she only proved my point.

Absolutely fabulous. I only visit about once or twice a year as I live an hour and a half away but it is worth the trip every time. Fabulous deals on quality clothing for every age and price range. Dont let the size fool you - there is a lot packed into this store - and it is all arranged beautifully and in such a way that you truly feel you are in a boutique and not a consignment store. This is definitely not your rummage type store. Everything looks brand new (and some are). Great accessories and knowledgeable staff too. Worth the trip.

The store is filled with so many treasures! Perfect for any person on a budget that does not want to sacrifice quality! This shop is much different than other consignment shops because of its sale system. Practically everything in store has a discount. Great place to build a professional wardrobe at a fraction of the cost!

Melanie Bonsignore and her team go to great lengths to provide excellent customer service and to provide a wide range of fashions and accessories at an affordable price. The store is much larger than the exterior displays; the boutique is a treasure trove of jewelry, accessories, shoes, and gifts priced competitively.

A Jem! The owner (as many people complained before) isnt rude at all, she just isnt super overly bubbly, but she is very kind, honest, and helpful, and would jump through hoops for anyone who needs help. The inventory is selective and of superb quality. Im so happy I stumbled upon this shop!
