Visited twice during road trip and was happy both times I came in. Donuts were fresh out of the fryer the second time so they were warm too. I 100% reccomend the key lime pie donut as I had it both times and it was truly outstanding!

I scheduled ahead a pickup order of 30 assorted for a work function, and these donuts did not disappoint! Approximately $1 each after tax, which was a great value for all the fun flavors and eccentric toppings. The store was open at 07:30 on the dot with order ready in full after a holiday weekend, so impressive service. Looking forward to coming back on a weekend for a more casual experience.

Was in the shop today to pick up a doordash order and picked up six donuts for my self. Awesome is all I can say. Keep up the great work. I will be back.

This place was so good. The donuts are amazing. They are a bit pricey, but they make them when you order them. Like they put all the toppings on when you order. Our donuts happened to still be warm. All the different flavors are so creative.Besides the donuts, the staff was kind, the establishment was clean and they worked fast. This is a fun place for a little date night or family night out.The donuts are small but with all the toppings they really are a food size.

I was very hopeful for a great food experience, since I went to the original store nearly almost a decade ago. Unfortunately all of the donuts were inedible. We got a great assortment of different types and flavors but all were so heavily mixed with sugar thats all you tasted. It was like dumping a bag a sugar on my tongue texture and all.

Went here for the first time, was amazed by the number of options! Love the size and the way they decorate them in front of you. Also they were all delicious!!

Always the best, freshest and most fun donuts! Got the hubby some raspberry truffle (family fave), banana split and (in the true Fathers Day spirit of ol dad rock-n-roll) some Snick Jaggers! YUM!

As a chain I am a fan. Great variety for any donut lover. From raspberry lemonade to maple bacon to smores there are dozens of choices so you will definitely find something to treat yourself.At this particular location I received excellent service today 10/17/20. A very large order had come in before mine but the woman at the counter was very friendly and still got me taken care of very quickly.

Took my son here for a treat. His jaw dropped when he saw all the donuts. We had as much fun choosing them as we did eating them! Plowed through half before I got a picture.

Fun place with lots of crazy toppings and ideas. Everything from candy to fruit, to cereal can be put on a little donut. Donuts are very small, more like donettes and are pricey - was almost $16 for a dozen tiny donuts. They tasted really good though!

OMG!!! Such adorable donuts, what a strange thing to say about donuts, right??!! But these small donuts are decorated once you order them and wow are they unique!!! The base donuts are sugar or cinnamon sugar coated and let your imagination run wild. See pic for some examples or better yet, get down there for some incredibly unique yummy donuts!!

The donuts are so cute and very delicious. My 4yr old loves when we stop in. They have great customer service, and the people working are always smiling and cheerful! Perfect atmosphere for their brand ! Highly recommend! They have every mix of donut you can think of.

Great Place & Clean Environment. Not your regular donut shop so I wouldn’t come here for breakfast. However the donuts they sell are above your average & the choices they supply customers are near endless. Donuts are smaller than usual ones but I still definitely recommend you come here for something sweet. Biggest Pro: Endless Selection from basic choices eg. glazed to more complex such as Cherry Pie Cheesecake. Biggest Con: Customer Service not bad but could be better

Absolutely Love these little delights, worth every calorie. The catchy names, make them even more desirable. I will say I like the Green location verses Hudsons location. The customer service seems a lot better, and its much larger. Hudson has the unique 70s van to draw customers attention. It does play into the theme well. However I like the colors of the walls at green . Regardless of decor, the company offers great discounts once signing up into their email subscription. Its a great treat for all ages.

They were ok. We are used to Duck Donuts so I guess we were expecting to get the same quality. We went early in the morning and the donuts we got were yummy regarding toppings but they were cold. And theres nothing like a warm donut. All the employees were nice.

Their donuts are to die for! Its easy to buy lots of their small donuts. Theyre so sweet and truly are gourmet. With flavors such as salted caramel macchiato and peanut butter pie everyone is sure to find a donut theyll enjoy.

We came in very close to closing time unknowingly and they were out of donuts. There was only one employee working and she handled the situation very well. We had a family of 5, and 4 other groups came after us. She served all us efficiently and was very courteous in what Im sure was a very stressful situation for her. Will come again.

Delicious and incredibly tasty for tiny little donuts. They’re more expensive than a chain and smaller but they taste wonderful. The staff wasn’t the friendliest or much on engaging their customers, but they make some really wonderful treats for the curious.

Great novelty donuts, with many, many, MANY flavors to try. Fun to get these for a special occasion, and Im seriously impressed by how they make them in front of you. And with such speed! Highly recommend, altough by their nature they can only do cake donuts, and all donuts are the same base dough. So if you prefer yeast donuts, this probably isnt going to do much for you.

Overall, great atmosphere! The donut topping area and counter is modeled after an old VW, going along with the hippie vibe. The miniature donuts are on point with many topping options to fix your sweet tooth. Additionally, they offer a dark and regular roast for coffee enthusiasts!Dog owners: Dont forget to grab a dog donut (smothered in peanut butter and topped with a mini milk bone).

Quite simply the best build your own donut shop I have ever been to. They are also on my short list of best donuts of any kind too. Simply fantastic!

Ice cold donuts plus unfriendly staff equals never going to this place again. We even asked if the donuts were warm and they told us they might be kinda warm, which they werent.Extremely disappointed. Could have gotten the same quality for a fraction of the cost anywhere else.

Go to D&D and youll get a half dozen of okay donuts for about $5, go here and youll get half a dozen, slightly smaller, but far better tasting donuts for not much more. Support a local business and get better food, win win. Staff member that was working when I went in was very pleasant, it was my first time but she explained it all to me, didnt make me feel rushed.

Workers are rude. My 8 yr. old daughter was given the eye roll by the counter person as she gave her order. The donuts were not fresh. Kent store is much kinder and happy to serve people as they should. We will not come back. Disappointing for my daughter

This place has the most creative doughnut choices that Ive seen in NE Ohio. So many choices that I was overwhelmed by them all and found it hard to choose after the first ten. The staff was very polite and helpful, and the shop was well themed and decorated. Its a little pricey for the product, so, this is the reason for four stars. I would visit this place again in the future.

I will not hold it against an establishment that I just dont like what they offer since personal preference is so subjective. But this place deserves credit, they sell mini-donuts made by a donut maker anyone can buy and top these overpriced donuts with items that anyone can buy at the grocery store. The sheer audacity to attempt such a business venture and have it succeed, even if I dont particularly like the donuts, has earned my respect.
