Watched the owner be disrespectful to their employees, will not be back.

Both of my high school daughters have recently wanted custom items and have started their searches online, only to take my suggestion to shop local and try out Onsite Apparel (where we had previously purchased ready-made tees.) Onsite Apparel was able to help design custom-printed (and embroidered for one order) sweatshirts that were perfect. The quality, value, and the speed of the order fulfillment were all amazing too. Came in to ask if they could help me with same day embroidery for an item, wasnt expecting a Yes as I know it was very last minute but the owner stepped up to the plate and came through for us in a pinch. Awesome service! Lori and team have been spectacular, weve bought personal clothes, soccer backpacks and even has some custom Boy Scout rash guard shirts made for our high adventure trip.

All around great experience. My grandpa passed away in June and we wanted to use one of his flannels to make a pillow for my grandma. My cousin was shipping me one as I called all over looking for someone who could embroidered his initials for us. I had been told by so many places that they had a minimum order amount and that it may not be done in time for Christmas. I called Onsite Apparel and spoke with Alyx - by this time it was already December 11th! Not only did she say that they could help me but when I walked in a full week later she remembered exactly what I wanted done and why, she helped me pick a font, thread color and placement all with a wonderful attitude. I was told my order would be ready by Friday the 21st but it was ready the next day! THE NEXT DAY! Working with Alyx and Onsite was so great, I could not have asked for a better experience.
