My third encounter with Bills shop. Just bought and installed a Mikuni carb kit put together by Bill. Went on easy using the detailed instructions with the kit. One bright spot is that Rocky Point sends assembled cables. Some overseas carb kit suppliers just send bare cables that have to be cut, soldered and assembled. What a stinking mess. With Rocky Point you get a kit set up properly for your application to your specified needs. This kit changed my 95 R100Rt dramatically for the better. Shazammm... I am now happy.

I have now tried to fix carbs twice on my classic BMWs to no avail.Twice I have ordered carbs from Bill and Twice I have kicked myself for not doing it sooner!Excellent instructions on set up, excellent service and excellent product.Thanks Bill! Great work!

Ordered the Mikuni Carbs for my 1974 BMW R75/6. The kit came with everything needed to retrofit the BMW. My bike had 99,222 miles on it and the Bing Carbs were worn out. I could not get them to sync and my poor girl could barely hit 60 mpg. The Mikunis arrived and I took my time replacing them. I am pretty mechanically illiterate, but the replacing was straightforward. Took the bike out for a test ride, and it was like a brand new bike. Got the old girl up to 80 mph and she was wanted to just keep going faster. Had to reign her in and said 80 is fast enough. Thanks Rocky Point, I got my old girl back again.
