I wish I could give this place no stars they have a vending machine at my work place that hardly works half the time and when it does work it has different drinks in the slots advertised and has also taken numerous dollars from me

For the most part, I like this service. Its convenient. As of lately its just been bad...really bad. On the service day, they stock sandwiches with no condiments; they stock cereal, but no milk to buy to put in the cereal; they stocked up the salsa and cheese dip with no tortilla chips(Tostitos) to dip. They ignore request. It seems the only cold sandwiches are pimento cheese, and bologna/american cheese. It doesnt sell, but they keep stocking it. 🤷‍♂️ They do keep the beverages stocked up good. Overall it seems the stuff that sells the best is never restocked, and the stuff no one buys is always stocked plus its stocked even more on service days. Its just not managed well.

If I could give zero stars I would. Where do I begin??? The service is overrated. The pay machines in my building hardly ever properly works. The debit card option will take double swipes. Balances are not always read properly from one machine to the other. I encourage people to check the expiration date on your item because some of the snacks are outdated and clearly have mold growing. Check the bags of chips because some of them have been known to be partially open. We complain about the items in my building as well as the service and it’s hard to even get a representative to respond to the complaints let alone make things right. Canteen has noting on old school vending machines. They should be ashamed of their service, retreat, and then start over. Maybe then, they will get it right!
