Third time weve used them to repair collision damage, all three times weve been very pleased. They do great work and are very professional. They also kept me well informed throughout the process. I hope we dont have any more fender benders for a while but if we do we are definitely coming back to North Country!

Awesome shop. I hit a deer with my truck last fall, and parts were on crazy backorder due to Covid. The staff kept me in the loop on when parts were coming in, and I was able to use a very capable loaner car for 2+ Months. It wasn’t fancy but it had heated seats and never broke down. The work they performed was pristine. Truck looked good as new. They also detailed the interior and even touched up my paint while we waited for parts. Will be returning for any and all auto needs going forward, five star highly recommend!

I had an urgent need to replace the serpentine belt in my car, called North Country and they were able to get me in right away. I was in and out of there within the hour. Fantastic service and good quality. Would definitely recommend!

I had a small problem that had the potential to turn in to a big problem and these guys (and gals) took care of it. Fast, friendly and very helpful they even let my dog wait with me in the waiting area. Hopefully I wont need to use their services anytime soon but inevitably when the times comes I know Ill go here first.

I just got my 3-series BMW back from North Country Auto Body in Hugo. Steve was great to work with; upfront and honest. The body work looks amazing - rear bumper was mended and re-painted. It looks brand new. Their work allowed me to avoid turning the damage into insurance and/or paying an additional $500+ for a new bumper skin. They also washed my car, including a tire shine and the interior (not sure if this is standard, but it was an awesome surprise). Based on my visit, I fully recommend Steve and North Country Auto Body in Hugo.

Called Thursday for an oil change, they were able to get me in that Friday morning. An oil Change is an oil change, however when I picked up my truck it had been washed and meticulously cleaned inside! Customer service was very friendly! Amazing value for $40. Very Impressed!

Great shop, Exemplary body work and the service was spot on. Brought one car in for an insurance claim, but will be returning for other body work very soon. Steve was great to work with, and went above and beyond to make sure our car was back to new condition with his team.

We sent our Honda in on a flatbed expecting thousands of dollars in mechanical repairs. We got a call an hour and a half later saying it was fixed and for only $150 on the day before Thanksgiving! I have brought multiple vehicles here over the years and recommend them to everyone I can. They have impressed me every time Ive brought my cars to their shop.

Very good service. They will take care of your vehicle and take the hassle out of dealing with the insurance company as well. Weve been there twice due to hail damage and someone backing into our car. Both times, you could never tell anything was ever wrong.

Fantastic.From previous experience (fix to our vehicle) we choose North Country again after a recent collision sidelined our vehicle. North country provided a (much needed) loaner vehicle free of charge while the insurance company figured out the details. In addition, they also provided us with timely updates on the status of the vehicle, the estimates sent to the insurance company, and the insurance updates.Unfortunately, it turned out that our vehicle was totaled, but North Country continued to provide us the loaner vehicle (over the weekend) despite knowing the likely outcome. I have had both body and mechanical work done at this shop.The staff, from the owner to the tech that helped me with a brake issue are amazing.The body work was done right, on time, and without any hassles, they arranged to have a rental car for me, so that I had nothing to do but drop the car, get in the rental, then return the rental and leave with my car looking better than before it got hit!!!!Finally the tech Jake that helped with my older van, that had a HUGE brake issue, took the time to explain it to me and show me where the issue was, both putting my mind at ease, and making me feel informed and confident, and finally that the issue was being resolved and in the process saving me A BUNCH of money .I trust very few people, I TRUST Galen and his staff 100% !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Car was brought in for rear end damage. It looks better than when we dropped it off. They took care of the inside, rinsed our floor mats. I would bring it vehicles back there any day. They also found damage that we couldn’t find.

These people are the best!My son had a small accident with our 15 year old civic. The car was previously in very good shape with not a lot of miles. It needed a new hood, bumper, grill, radiator, condenser, and the brace along the front that holds the radiator and hood latch, along with some other small things (none of it covered by insurance).Long story short, it came to about as much as I thought the car was worth. I told them as much and they worked with me to fix the things that I didnt want to deal with, and told me where to get cheap parts for the stuff I was willing/able to do. Then, after they did their part, they came in 25% UNDER their new estimate! All together between them and I, the fix will cost about a third of their original estimate.I couldnt be happier with them.
