I normally don’t leave comments on service but I was so impressed and thankful for all the help and service that Grace gave us when I was switching over all 5 of my families phone lines to Verizon. She made it so effortless and easy and we all really appreciated her staying after closing and getting everything taken care of for us. I also really appreciated the follow up text to make sure everything was going alright for us and service was what we were hoping for. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience. Stopped in, by chance, on our way to celebrate my husbands birthday. He spotted the store and wanted to go in to have a crack repaired on his phone. We were lucky to have Grace taking care of us. Great friendly service! We went on Black Friday and there were only two associates working (expected that due to Covid). We were greeted and didn’t have to wait too long to get the help we needed. We worked with Grace who was also working with another guest. I felt that she managed her time perfectly with me and my son, her other guest, and answering the phone. I have worked retail on Black Friday so I know first hand how stressful it can be. Grace was on point, professional and cheerful. She found us a deal that worked well for us and even found a discount I qualified for. I’m happy to give her and Verizon a 5-star rating.

I went in to see about upgrading a couple of devices. The store Manager, Grace, helped me out. She listened to what I was looking for and introduced me to awesome deals. She was more than helpful that day, but in days to follow in getting a phone repair completed and then helping an old non-tech person like me get my new Note 20 Ultra all set up and helped with setting up the Disney bundle. Grace is very knowledgeable and more than pleasant to work with. After some of the stores I have been in, I would highly recommend this one in Hugo over the rest.

Fantastic new Verizon store in Hugo, right by Festival. Rachel and Grace took care of the needs of 2 old no tech savvy customers. They were helpful, friendly, polite and fun. And they told us to come back if we had any questions. Nice follow through. Went again last week and got a phone from Erin. Very helpful.
