Pretty dumb honestly. I go to Kwik trip for my lunch breaks almost daily, I work all over the cities and they are usually really convenient. Today I went ahead and purchased my lunch there as usual, but just after I had finished eating the store manager came and told us to leave. Apparently a person called and said we were taking their spot at a gas pump, although there were many open ones around us. I do drive a box truck so parking in a normal spot doesnt really make sense, basically take two spaces and still stick out into the lane of traffic. The arrangement of the pumps allows me to just take one space and leave area in front and next to me. I guess the truck and trailer taking up two spaces in the lane next to us was just fine though? A really bizarre move that has heavily soured my interest in going to any Kwik trip but certainly never here again, I mean why does a person on the phones opinion matter more than mine? We are both two random customers I wouldnt expect them to kick out a stranger for me? Either way this was insane, and the lady running the store at 1215 on August 11th 2021made a really low quality customer service decision. She didnt even talk to the numerous other people eating there lunches at pumps around me, it was just so strange. Worst part is, I had just put my seatbelt on to go anyways so all she had to do was... nothing and this whole weirdness could of been avoided.

Chicken wraps are dry, ranch pump is never filled, not much selection early in the morning but its still better than other gas stations.

Awesome Kwik Trip most of the employees are great, except a few this is why I cant keep it 5 stars and also the energy drinks are priced higher and not much deals compared to other stores.

The employees at kwik trip were very helpful and the cashier were very friendly and overall every time I go to kwik trip they always say come again and that right there is great customer service. Love the deals on the coffee......

This store is a joke compared to other stores. The hot food section is either empty or the food is over cooked. Cant walk in the store without waiting in line behind 6-10 other people. Never enough employees behind the register even though plenty are working the floor.

Better Overall Not EV Ready

Because its kwik the only down fall to be honest is the older gal that works overnights really needs to smile. Shed be a lot prettier if she did and she would make so many customers nights a lot more enjoyable and her night would go a lot smoother as well. Its a win win for all (:

Love Kwik Trip! The 88 gas is also very well priced and the food here is awesome. The precooked and the tut ake and cook food both

This location does not require masks. There is a sign on the door stating they are required, but most customers were not wearing masks, and it was not requested by staff.

The natures touch chocolate ice cream is the best! Tastes like a chocolate malt! Bakery, deli sandwiches good too! Super friendly employees!

My favorite place to fill up with gas and snacks. They have a great store. The staff is friendly and helpful and the food is fresh and delicious.

Great gas station but suddenly the premium pumps are super slow (started in October of 2018). No plans to resolve based on talking to staff.....can take 20+ mins to fill up on really bad days. Super frustrating, ruins what would otherwise be a 5 star gas station.Edit - pumps seem to be fixed except the two closest to the entrance.

The staff at this location go out of their way for you and always have a smile! 90% of the time it’s very clean and baked goods are always stocked.

Great gas station. Good food and always clean bathrooms. Only reason it gets 4 stars is because the gas is usually more expensive here than surrounding gas stations.

For a gas station, Kwik Trip is more like a grocery store. I would recommend stopping here for a gas station snack and a beverage for a road trip. Lots of snacks and eats to choose from.

They have the diesel gas I need. There are always in-store specials. This is my favorite place to stop for bread, milk and bananas. Car wash is average.

This Kwik Trip is ALWAYS busy and its hard to get in & out, its not directly off the main road (14). Staff is pleasant and the store is laid out like all the other KWIK TRIPS.

Went to print my gas receipt on a freezing cold day and it didn’t print. I walked into the store to ask for a print out and the employee apologized for the inconvenience and offered me a free coffee to rectify the issue. I didn’t take the free coffee, however, the fact that they offered and didn’t get “annoyed” that I told them their receipts weren’t printing is enough to have me be a repeat customer. That is customer service done right!
