Clean, safe and very well managed. Management goes above and beyond to help. Lost an ignition key while moving a snowmobile. Kathleen found it and did some detective work in order to track me down. Cant tell you how much we appreciated her extra effort.

Great Place. Highly recommended. Staff has always been accommodating. Nancy is exceptional in every way. She has gone out of her way to help me out on two separate occasions. Nancy and Julie provided excellent customer service at the Hugo location. I was renting a 10 by 15 unit for storing my items while my house was on the market. A day prior to closing on the sale of my home I needed to add an additional unit to store more items while waiting for my new home to be completed. I was super stressed out, and Nancy and Julie were patient and understanding while helping me set up the additional unit. They were even able to find me a unit right next to the unit I was already renting. Way to go ladies! I am truly thankful for all of your help!

Very clean, Dayle was very polite and quick. This company is very fair even prorating my special through half of next month. I searched around and this is the cleanest location, and the prices are better than most I personally looked at.

She took the time to answer all of our questions, and addressed us by first name when we returned the following day.
