They do great work at any little or large job...screens, glass for tables etc..

I needed my car windshield replaced. I called Hull Glass Plus to find out how long it would take to get it fixed. The woman explained to me that ideally I should bring my car to their shop, as opposed to having it replaced remotely (aka in my own driveway). She clearly explained the rationale. (They have all of their tools and materials at the shop, and should something unforeseen come up they would better able to handle it.) I brought my car in and waited in their comfy waiting room. I was well equipped with stuff to do, as the woman had let me know in advance it would take a few hours to do the job properly. I really appreciated the clear communication.When I arrived, they were ready and expecting me. They had a warm and respectful attitude, which i also appreciated. I read some negative reviews on Google, which made me wonder if we are talking about the same shop. I can’t imagine these people being rude. I experienced nothing but the utmost hospitality and professionalism from this company.I left with my windshield replaced and looking great. I enthusiastically recommend Mike, Mardi and the whole team for all of your glass and screen repairs.

I called and requested a quote to replace 5 patio door screens. The person said they had to ask the owner. I never got a call back! I called back 5 days later and they said they didnt want the work.If you dont want to get ignored, jerked around, and have a general waste of time--call someone else!

Dropped off side glass (fly window) for my boat Saturday, was told it would be 5-7 days, which worked great for my timeline. 5 days later I get a call, expecting it was ready. Nope. 3-5 weeks now. I was told the glass was more complicated than they thought due to curved edges. Why didn’t they notice the curved edges Saturday when there was 3 people looking at it? I even pointed out the curves to them “no problem” was the answer. Lady at front desk was very rude talking over me and then refused to complete the job. I will be going someplace else that is more capable and has better customer service. Stay away is my advise.

Spoke with Mike on a Friday to come to my house (about 6 minutes from his shop) to do an estimate. He said hed call me the following week to set up a day and time that week. Never heard from him. Called him Wednesday of that week but he was out. The gal I spoke with asked me to call again later in the afternoon to further motivate him. I didnt call (I felt 2 calls were more than enough to get him to do what he said he would do) and he never called me at all. Must be nice to own your own business and be able to treat people like that without fear of being fired, because thats what would happen to me at my job if I exhibited that level of performance. So much for trying to support a local business. I also sent a complaint email to Harvey windows about this dealer (they were the ones who gave me his number) and they ignored me, too. Amazing they openly practice such a profound lack of respect for someones time and potential business.

I needed the side window on my boat replaced. Took the frame to Hull Glass. After 2 months I received a call stating that the glass just arrived but it was broken. I do not blame them for the broken glass.3 months later I get a call stating the glass is ready. When went to pick it up I was told I already picked it up then it was returned. After 20 minutes of looking the window was found but they did not install 1 of the gaskets.(I return a week later I return and was told that I already picked it up by the same woman. They might do good work but their customer service is horrible
