Excellent creative milkshakes, definitely visit this place if you have a sweet tooth! Very friendly staff and the menu is huge! I got the strawberry cheesecake milkshake and it had a huge slice of cheesecake on the top(it’s a little hidden under the whipped cream). Best milkshake I’ve ever had!

Amazingly delicious milkshakes that makes no sense why anyone would actually think of these flavors but Im not mad at all!!! I havent tried the sandwiches yet as they dont have a really kitchen so not such how they would do somethings except for using a microwave and I dont want to be disappointed. As for the actual milkshake two big complaints. They need to be thicker. I personally love thick shakes but even still its it super thin. Next time I go I will ask to fix this and see how they handle it. Next complaint is the price. $12 for a milkshake is much. I get it. You have to pay rent and pay for all the candies and toppings but this still seems a little much. Two shakes and it was almost $30! This is good for a treat here and there but def not something to do often.

I had the PGC and Strawberry Cheesecake monster milkshake. I loved both, though I misread the PGC and thought it came with tomatoes instead of tomato sauce. Still really good! They are a bit pricey, but I think for the amount of food and quality of your meal, its worth it. Great to eat in your car while youre watching the sunset on the beach.

I absolutely love it here! The drinks and sandwiches are amazing and hit the spot on any kind of day. I love the huge monster milkshakes as they are so well made and never miss a beat. Customer service is on point as they always know how to fix any request. 100% recommend coming here any day of the week and especially with the family!

Hull location: The only reason I rated this 3 stars was because the sandwich my husband and I ordered was really good. The wait was long but that was fine since the place looked like they had really good food and desserts. The manager here was VERY rude not only to myself or my friends but also other customers ordering after us. The place was very busy so I can expect some stress with the job but there is no need to take your anger out on your customers and your staff. The way she talked to her staff and customers was very rude and unprofessional. Other customers around us were also talking about how the manager was rude to them as well. They had run out of certain ice creams and desserts and she had to keep repeating to customers what they no longer had which also caused more rude behavior. I suggest they have a white board or something where they write what they no longer have so they don’t have to keep repeating themselves and customers not have to come up with something else on the spot. The milkshakes we ordered were not good at all, not sure if it’s because they ran out of stuff and just threw something together or what. They tasted milky and watered down. They look good but did not taste it at all. Management needs to change.

This place is CRAZY!!! If you want gigantic size milkshakes with pieces of cake and cookies and lollipops on top..then this is your place! Delicious and the price is right! Its close to a carousel as well and they also have regular ice cream..

First time there. It was Labor day, so Im sure they were busy. Service took a long time and was meh. They were out of several menu items with no posted signs. We ordered two different shakes from the menu posted on the window only to be told they dont make one of them at all anymore and were out of strawberries for the other one. Only one person in our party got what they wanted, but it was made beautifully (which should be expectedfor a $12 shake). Will try again earlier in the day next time.

Went today (party of 4) and we had about a half hour wait, BUT it was a nice day and the owners father was outside making small talk with my kids and I and it helped pass the time and gave us a few laughs. It wasn’t their fault the covid restrictions slowed down the service so it’s sad to see the reviews that keep commenting about it. I was greeted by the owner and he had a great attitude and chatted with us briefly. All our orders were done within a reasonable amount of time after placing the order and best thing is they were actually what we ordered! No mistakes and beautiful presentation! Yes this is excessive but it’s part of the fun right?! We ate about 1/3-1/2 of each but got some great pics and had some laughs. Lighten up people! We will definitely be coming back! Good luck to them I hope they thrive 🍭

My 2 kids and I showed up at 9pm on a Saturday. She said were closed and didnt serve us. L street was open and the ice cream there was fantastic.

I went here after a day in Hull at the beach. The vibes & the customer service was horrible. Me & friends got a rude attitude from the older lady & teenage staff. I would not recommend nor come back. Save your money & go to another ice cream spot in Hull. The ice cream & milkshakes looks cool but taste low quality & watery.

Long wait for an overpriced, subpar product. Disapointing to see another rip off at Nantaskat Beach. Milkshakes tasted sour and were watery. Teenage staff was friendly but looked like theyd rather be anwhere else. Unless youre desperate for an instagram photo, Id recommend against this place.

I was in the mood for a milkshake but didnt need a large so I tried to order the smaller size, the older lady told me I wasnt allowed to buy a small, as its for kids or something. I smiled thinking this must be a joke nope! They began to get rude and state that this is some type of policy. Apparently adults cant purchase kiddie milkshakes. Makes no sense, so instead of selling me a kiddie, I ended up not getting anything at all and they completely lost a sale all together. Not sure how this makes any sense from a business standpoint. Lost a customer over nonsense. The old lady was very rude about it too. Wont be returning and I tell everyone I know about this so they dont give this place any business either.

DO NOT COME HERE! Our milkshakes looked amazing but tasted terrible. We got the cookies and cream milkshake and waited about 30 min. We were at their Plymouth location and the teenagers working looked so depressed. I understand Saturday’s are busy but there was zero customer service, no one greeted us once we got in. The room itself isn’t clean in the area they scoop ice cream. The shake itself had no taste, neither of us could finish our shakes. Was a big waste. I hope the kids working there are ok cause they really looked and acted miserable.

Meh, ice cream wasn’t great quality. Staff wasn’t very helpful. Out of most ice cream flavors and got several aspects of our order wrong. Again, ice cream meh.

These milkshakes were amazing and way beyond anything we ever had. Was a bit pricey but the joy it brought to the kids was worth it. Ladies we very helpful and patient with questions. Highly recommend

This place is the epitome of gluttony, but in the best way possible. Come buy a giant milkshake inspired by your favorite candy or childhood sweet snack. The have lactose free offerings, but its only strawberry and vanilla and taste a bit like coconut, but it still good.

I was hoping for a delicious milkshake, yet the shake tasted purely of milk rather than chocolate ice cream. The presentation was amazing. Overall I would rather look at this milkshake rather than drink it.

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get anything on the menu. I have a food allergy, and only asked them if they could change the rim (that’s the only thing I couldn’t have) the lady did not even think twice without saying no and helping the next person before I could ask another question. Overall I’m sure it is great, just not for someone with food allergies :/

I understand Covid is a big problem but the crowd was insane, either way i just wanted to try a milkshake. I ordered and they were out of 1 option and the girl gave me options as a replacement but just made what was easiest for her. I appreciate the work but wasnt handled well. It was really good and the presentation was insane but my simple 1 shake had a small piece of plastic in it and i got it through the straw. Its a trying business and has opportunity but too much too handle for themselves right now

This is a fun one-time destination/outing. I think the $12 shakes are fun to look at and take photos of but not necessarily worth the money if youre craving a regular shake (which they do offer for much cheaper).

This would be my second trip to this place. My second attempt to get the “This Shake Is Bananas” - first attempt the just didn’t have it. So I went with another shake. Shake was great. Went a second time to get the banana one and and they didn’t have the chocolate covered banana. I said ok and I just wanted chocolate Jimmies on my Rim instead of vanilla wafers. She said they couldn’t do substitutes. I get that but you didn’t have the complete shake I wanted you could of made me happy and just gave me chocolate Jimmies. They couldn’t for some reason. I opted to not pay $13 and just canceled my order. Wife ordered the Oreo one and they didn’t have Oreo cake and had to give her chocolate cake. So they substituted cake for her. Hmmmm - hope the owner is happy they lost my $13 that day and lost my business for this summer at least. Maybe I’ll try again next year.

Difficult review. Expensive Shakes but they were excellent! However, the lady behind the counters was extremely rude and dismissive. She was definitely having a very bad day and that left a bad taste in our shakes.

Don’t waste your time! I should have listened to others reviews. The line was not too bad visually until we got into it. Understaff, overwhelmed, slow and way too busy talking. If I was not with someone else I would have left. One order window and one pick up window. When I finally did get the milkshake which took 30 minutes after I actually got to the window to place the order, presentation was fabulous and I understand a lot goes into it however looks can be deceiving taste well let’s say I paid $12.00 for a big glass of milk... so disappointed.

I think they may need to rethink the GIANT milkshake with all kinds of different things in them because making them for the Staff takes a LONG time which holds up the line as there is only one order window and one pick-up window. I was the 4th one in line and waited about 45 minutes because the majority of people were getting the humongous milkshakes! I wonder if they could make them smaller or not add as much. I saw several people dumping 1/2 out in the trash because they simply couldn’t eat that much! What a waste and to think of the time it takes to make them is not well thought out. Also I got 2 scoop of ice cream in a cup with an added cone...each scoop is $4.25 and is VERY small scoop so 2 scoops is $8.50 which is very overpriced. Oh...45 minutes waiting to order and then another 15 minutes waiting to get it. If this is the wait times now...I can’t imagine what it’s going to be like once the beach is fully open and summer crowds begin!
