Everyone wore a mask. I felt safer than at home. Clean store that was well stocked.

This is perhaps the cleanest Walmart I have ever been in. Staff was very helpful and they had a lot of stock available. Will definitely go again.

This is why I give to Walmart 5☆1 In the store you can find wherever you need)2 good price3 they have lots of ORGANIC PRODUCTS.specially FRUITS AND VEGETABLES. SOMETIMES I find jn Walmart more FRUITS and VEGETABLES ORGANIC then in another store ! And a big thank you to the Walmart team are very nice and kind people!

Busy, busy, busy. Looking for the simplest of things such as spring water and there wasnt any. Oh, and they ran out of grocery bags.

Nice to go..security has to increase...gun robbery just when I was entering. A guy flashing a gun while running outside with merchandise not paid.

I love Walmart. I find everything I need there. But, u need the address the checking out area. Cashiers do not help bag the groceries. Its pretty bad in that area. This in the Humacao PR store. For that i give you 0 stars.

Very good temperature checks before entering. Carts are cleaned and given to you.Then enforce staying one way in aisles.

Some employes work with bad atitued. Short on employes to asiste the client that visit the store.

The store is great, but when it starts getting crowded its hard 2 walk around without bumping into other shoppers bc the isles are full of boxes with merchandise & their is barely any space 4 your shopping cart. I thought that the isles were suppose 2B clutter free just incase & God forbid theres an emergency.

I feel lost inside. Long time ago some people told that all Walmart will look the same. But I was in a few of them and no one is the same. The should give me a map to found the stuff Im looking for.

Very disappointed with my experience at a Walmart outside my state. Even more so because Im Puerto rican and felt like I was treated no more then a common criminal. Tourist not welcomed.

Employees talking, texting. At least 5 employees that I witness. I asked a question and employee told me ask another person. She was in personal call. I left shopping car and left store.

Unhelpful staff. If you dont speak Spanish you are on your own! Just UGH

Is not my favorite Walmart, but...if you want a Walmart with a good parking to buy quickly and leave, is the perfect choice. Close to the highway 🛣, so is easy to arrive and leave.

I have not been toa Walmart this well organized and stocked since I moved to the US. Constumer service was on point.

EXTREMELY busy, but the place is a great one stop shopping destination. Also, despite a lot of traffic, their pharmacy is quite efficient and affordable. Switched from Walgreens and never looked back.

Its a Walmart... with no bags! I can understand no plastic bags (save the planet, and all that stuff), but no paper bags, no fabric bags... no bags at all! So if you happen to visit this, make sure you have big pockets to put all your stuff (after pay of course)

It was well stocked and I found what I wanted but I did notice they were a bit too lax when it came to mask protocols... I saw one too many people walking around maskless and not respecting the safe distance.

The staff really make a big difference when then care. You have an amazing team! Customer service, and the money center are very helpful and professional.

Stop hiding the ps5s or asking people to pay on the side to get them. Low inventory on everything all the time. Hard to find on sale stuff other than going to Caguas or Humacao.

I can find everything that I was looking for. Workers are kindly and friendly.

Supercenter is way better than the regular Walmart in Fajardo

Went to the nail salon. She was not good working with acrylic nails. Listening to chrostian music, while having the nails done, was excruciating.

Its a supercenter Walmart easy to find if you know where the mall is.

Store was stocked n clean. Only items I could not get were Pelon instant coffee n large containers of Creamora. This store never seems to carry them. Which means I must go to the grocery store after Wal-Mart visit.

Fast lane, friendly people

In and out as usual. Rarely a problem at Walmart.

This was the first time Ive go after the Pandemic. And that is crazy. A lot of things to look atvery good things; but it is out of control, people everywhere. They take the temperature and provide alcohol, but that is not enough they have to control the people getting in. They do not count, that is terrible. A complete contamination focus.

Prices are higher than the main land which is disappointing but my son left his wallet with alot of money in it and about 8 hours later we were able to retrieve it.

Been waiting in the jewelry section since 4pm and lits 4:10pm and the jewelry employee is not here even though the store manager called twice for the employee to report to his/her area. Disgrace.

Awesome! The only store that still open after work in a second shift and with the COVID19 restrictions they save me and could get the groceries that I needed.

Prices are reasonable and staff was very helpful.

You can find everything you would in the states and more. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Temp checks and hand sanitizer at the doors. The line wasnt too bad to get in. Many employees on hand to gently remind everyone to follow the flow of traffic markings. A few people still just did whatever they wanted. :-( Check out was a breeze, actually better than pre-covid.

Walmart is great is the employees they dont care about there customer today I was on line for about 20 minutes the cashiers was running her mouth with coworkers making us wait on line like there was nobody.u need to improve that problem.

Fabulous place to shop very friendly environment and prices are reasonable..

Store is checking temperature before entrance and providing hand sanitizer. Also they give you a clean/disinfected shopping cart. Very crowded specially in the grocery area, people need to follow the directional signs for each aisle and comply with social distancing guidelines.

I did not find what I was looking for. There are no protocols inside the store. People are not following social distancing. Things are a little expensive.
